This was not a good experience at all! First provider had my anxiety through the roof as she would fight with her boyfriend and he would threaten to come to MY home to find her! Yikes! I changed providers and this one would lie a lot. She said she couldnt go to doctors appointments cause she wouldnt get back in time to punch out, which that was a lie. Found out that all you do is call office if your running late...and telling me I dont need to call the office cause she will do it and then turn around and say I changed her schedule or somehow it was my fault she didnt work today when in reality she is the one who called saying she cant make it. She gave me the guilt trip and made me feel guilty for going to my doctors appointments so I would give her money and she would take it. Constant manipulation going on this SO called "CHRISTAIN LADY" she sure was doing a lot of un christain behavor. When I reported this to the office they chose to ignore the situation and I talked to another lady Jennifer and she ignored the situation. Didnt want to hear the situation was brassy, crude, talked in a sarcastic way. That got me LIVID! I dont need that treatment. Went to another agency QUICKLY. BRWARE. They dont care about the client!!! They just care about making themselves look good.

since coming to pride,i have been very satisfied with the care I receive.PRIDE has done an excellent job in finding the right care taker for me.I thank God for bringing me their services! Penny the field supervisor, has done an outstanding job in making sure I have good care and support as well as giving me the schedule I need. all in all I rate PRIDE excellent FIVE STARS!!!
