Well i got a oxygen machine a cpap machine and mask for my little girl and been having a hard time with it all the masks have been switched out several times due to there not her size..I have to be getting rides and gas money just to go pick up more equipment from them they dont come out you have to go to them which makes inconvenience for me with no car..than the lady there tells me if she not wearing the cpap how she supposed to medicaid wont pay it well why not explain to them why and whats the problems with it the masks are not her size instead they riether have medicaid not pay so Im thinking of looking else where to where we get treated better and I dont have to be looking for rides and gas money every time something goes wrong. ...I wish they would be more understanding and explain to medicaid the reason she has a hard time wearing the masks ..but will see what happens. ..leave it all in Gods hands

Kind people to talk to but they do not follow through and dont get things done quickly. I was spoiled to work with Britcare in Amarillo and they had great service. Its always something, the fax didnt go through, the Dr. didnt return call, waiting on approval, and the biggest one, we will call you back. Dont count on it. On one of my visits to their store a lady in a power chair with a severe disability came in to have her brakes fixed and drove in from Levelland. But the guy who she had the appointment with was on vacation. So she drove the whole way for nothing. Typical of the serve I got.

Well, insurance was an issue. They did not want to call insurance to verify that we only had 1 insurance and had me go through lengths to verify. Staff was rude. As I was leaving, not satisfied, with out my daughters equipment, they smirked at me and Im sure gossiped about us where they could have at least tried to help. Staff is not friendly at all and showed no compasdion. Also they over talk you so communication is an issue. I see now why they have 2 stars even befor wed I posted my rating. Try else where to get a courteous experience.

I LOVE these folks!! so helpful with my CPAP machine and mask, tubing and settings.They were patient with me as I floundered around to get used to using this new equipment. I think I would have given up on using CPAP if not for folks at Guardian. The insurance company was a jerk but Guardian helped me get the process completed and I now can sleep AND breathe at the same time! Thanks gang at Guardian and sorry if I was too demanding but you helped me calm down and Im a happy camper. Wish i could give u more than just 5 stars

If I could give negative stars I would. I know that our account was not a big one. This is part of the problem because they treated us like we didnt matter. They would consistently mess up my sons supplies. The final straw was when his supplies were already 12 days late. Due to an error on their part. They delivered them and sadly we missed them by 5 minutes. The driver couldnt be bothered to make the trip back that day so he could have the supplies. Nice customer service.

I just visited this location to turn in my prescription for a c-pap and after I turned in everything that the doctor gave me to turn in I was still missing something from my sleep study. The lady informed me of this so I then asked her to call the doctor for me since I just left the dr office and I thought I had everything! But instead of her saying she would call for me she rolled her eyes at me Instead and said she would call! Bad Customer Service

They sold to my mother an inferior wheel chair cushion. I know this because it had just a thin paste board backing. Naturally when my mother who is just a size 14 , put it in a wheel chair (not a level surface) and had a seat, it immediately snapped in two the first time she used it. They refused to give me the money back. Apparently they do not take any responsibility for what they sell! Hopefully, the manufacturer will be more helpful.

My family has used Guardian with all of my mothers medical equipment throughout the years. The staff are always professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate.They go beyond to care and help their patients and the families, explaining and demonstrating the equipment for the home. I recommend them and will continue in the future.

Went in to ask about some tubing for a nebulizer. Was treated as if we were stupid and didnt know what we were talking about. They didnt try to find a solution or offer any suggestions. I went to a different medical supply store in Lubbock and was treated with kindess. Will not return to this store for anything.

I do not recommend this company to anyone!! They do not even try to get you taken care of & will just send you on your way!!!! I took my money to BritKare and they made the process a breeze! Took care of insurance & Dr.phone calls, I got to pick up my medical equipment pretty quick. Thank you BritKare.

The staff has never been anything but extremely helpful with me and my wife. The bad reviews on here are crazy. We have never had anyone be rude. They have always gone above and beyond to help us out. We will continue to go to Guardian whenever we need any medical supplies.
