I learned about PASCO through my daughters case manager. My daughter already has four different therapists coming to our home, I really didnt want another person coming in and assisting her with the skills she lacks. I had the option to become a parent CNA but being a busy mom of four and one with special needs, my time is very limited. Because of this, I found it difficult to attend the CNA class. PASCO offered an alternative program called IHSS with competitive pay rates to that of a CNA. The intake coordinator was friendly and very helpful. The process was quick and they always came to my house which was convenient as I dont know many people here that can watch my children. The nurse that came out to do the assessment was so nice and understanding of our situation. I felt she was truly taking an interest in my child and trying to understand our situation. I love that the company has strong values and have committed themselves to providing excellent care to those with special needs.

I have meet many of their clients and from what i have seen or what i heard they do not take good care of their clients. Many are in those homes for 20 min and leave. you cant take good care of a client in 20 min. They leave their clients living in filth and dirt i will never recommend them to anyone

great company to work for, found out about Pasco 10 yrs ago they helped me obtain my CNA lic.
