More like CRAP-RIA. Terrible access. I spent days trying to correct my mothers wheel chair order. I called after they delivered defective & incorrect chair & was told a tech would be out to check on it on Mon btwn 2-6pm. At 6:30p I called to find out an ETA as recordered message still said brown 2-6pm. After THIRTY minutes on hold I gave up assuming that they were understaffed after hours & would call in the AM. I called - 3 more times! I am writing this as am on hold AGAIN - just passed 25 min mark. 1st was transferred to a loop of automated answers & seemingly no way to get to a real person. I called back & told them what happened & that I need help to correct the order. As a kaiser patient was transferred ... Southern CA Kaiser support - we live in Denver, CO. Got thru to an agent - have told my story again! Received no apology for the wait time, inconvenience or incompetence. If I werent tied to them by insurance I sure as hell would not be a customer! Incredibly frustrated & fuming (& still on hold!)

Service after the sale? Good question... Sky Ridge uses Apria for O2. Post surgery I was given a 1/4 full portable E Tank. They quickly delivered an ao2 consolidator. On Friday we requested a new portable tank be delivered before the weekend as I was out. The delivery person called twice and it was apparent he did not wNt to do the delivery. In the end he never showed up. Calling Apria Saturday morning their CS people were helpful and nice; however, dispatch refused to send the tanks until Monday stating it was not an emergency. I find this level of service unacceptable. At a time when most companies place great value on customer service Apria, as obvious from their other reviews, does not care. I will he holding the hospital accountable for Aprias lack of service. Since they do not care about me I bet they care about their accounts.

This has got to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life! I tried for two months to get a breast pump from them. My insurance approved it, I gave them all the information they required, but each time I called to check on my order (that was supposed to ship within 7 days) I got the run around. They had no idea what was going on, said they would call me back, but never did. They blamed the delay on my doctor, and then on insurance, but neither of those were the hold up. I ended up going through another distributor and got a breast pump in less than one week. If I could give Apria ZERO stars I would!! I will never deal with them again. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Apria is absolutely horrible. Its the worst company I have ever dealt with. My daughter was born on Christmas eve and was sent home on oxygen. She needs the oxygen at all times. Apria does not seem to think that caring for their customers and ensuring they can breathe is a priority. Every time Ive had to deal with apria it has taken multiple calls and escalation to get anything accomplished. When trying to set up an oxygen test ordered through our pediatrician, it took 8 calls and a physical trip to the office just to get it scheduled. I intend on contacting the local news channel regarding the terrible experience. I pity anyone that has to deal with such a worthless institution.

I dont know where to begin. Ive been hung up on twice, left on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up, called a dozen times over four days and still no oxygen for my infant daughter. Ive been told multiple times that it would arrive within hours, but every time I call Im told that there isnt a even a work order yet. Luckily I called right when I left the hospital as they instructed since I still have twelve hours or so until her tank runs out, but there is still no indication that its coming today as Ive been promised multiple times. Apparently Im not alone...

Reaching someone for service was difficult. The first person I talked to scolded me for not replacing tubing that I didnt know should be replaced and I didnt have any to spare anyway. Then with regard to the problem I called about she told me to read the manual. I called the next day and finally reached someone that was a little more helpful but they could not even give me a window of time when the delivery would happen. I am having to take the day off from work.

This is one of the worst companies Ive ever had to deal with. Their people that deliver are great and very nice but the customer service is horrible. Good luck ever being able to talk to somebody. All the branches have the same phone number and it always goes to a call center. The worst part is I dont think they even care that their rating is so low. If I had another option I would never use them again.

Ive been trying to reach someone at their Littleton facility for 3 weeks! All I get is transferred to the Philippines. I tried faxing them instead and no one will call me! They appear totally isolated from the real world in the United States! If you like dealing with a big inefficient and impersonal corporation with lousy customer service and long phone hold times, good luck. Ive had it with them.

I must agree u have the worse service.....do to the cheap ceos of the company ..no compassion...then I speak to someone in the phillipines....when your 5 miles from my home......u automated phone calls to my home come every other day .,..u should be ashamed of yourself.,......but when I drive over to company and make apt the mask fitters.....I have had in past get 5 stars....but not the company

Do NOT deal with this company unless you are willing to put up with ENDLESS billing issues, phone calls to the company that leave you on hold for at an hour minimum, poor service, and unresponsive customer service. This is the most disorganized company I have ever dealt with. Its a miracle -- and a shame -- that they manage to stay in business.

My mom needed her O2 on Christmas night. Its 6:00 pm the day after and no one cares. This is not the first time they have not delivered O2 in a timely manner. When my son was sent home from the hospital after spending 5 days for RSV it took tgem 6 hours to get us his O2. Im done and reafy to fill with the Colorado Medical and medicare about this

This has got to be one of the worst service providing companies Ive ever dealt with. I manage a service entity company. And if I treated customers like they do. I wouldnt have a business. Very surprised they are still in business. The bad reviews go way back. And Ive only dealt with them for one week.

I use this location frequently. They are always more than helpful, and quck with my orders. As a mom to two children with respiratory issues, I really apprecite the attentiveness and personal attention Im given in order to ensure I have the supplies I need on-hand when it really matters.

They are the worst company ever. I dont know how they stay in business. These companies should be held accountable for the lack of care they provide for the patients. Customer service reps, account reps, supervisors, ALL TERRIBLE. So disappointed in how they care for people.
