I needed help with getting a part so my Ox2 would work while out of town on the weekend. Waited over an hour (told would call back within 30 min). After 1 1/2 hours, I was called back only because I said call me back ASAP or else. Told staff about part missing. She asked how far away NC was -- I said too far, 9 hours (she was going to send me a part by truck) I asked for help in finding a place near the ocean that JH pharmaquip reciprocated. She said, what do you want me to do, hire a jet airplane. And, its my fault since I didnt know places to deal with that were close to me. (Ill be in 4 states in 10 days). I told her she was an idiot and she hung up on me. No one ever called me back and its been 4 days. I got my part from an EMT. I take 4 and 7 Ox2 and was receiving none.

Unreliable in every way. Very bad customer service, except for one supervisor, the rest should be fired. They will not fulfill the Doctor orders, they short supplies, they put in whatever they have, they do not take into consideration multiple wounds. The amount of supplies is based on 30 day supply for a single wound, regardless of the patients medical condition. They do not follow-up, they do not want to be bothered. They do not want you as a client. Very bad, we are currently looking for another company.

Horrible customer service. Prescribed supplies on back order with no notification. Avoid at all costs. Theyre more companys that are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and are satisfied, unfortantely this is not one of them.

they have screwed up 3 separate orders. had to call 3-4 times for each order. there is no follow up or follow thru. you have to keep calling and re-establish the order. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
