Customer service is not a strong point of Aprias. If there is any issues or concern needing addressed after hours or weekends/holidays, dont expect it to be viewed as an issue or concern of theirs. If you are able to make contact with the call center, you will be greeted by a condescending, uncaring representative whos only priority is to get off of the phone with you or make every effort to over-speak you, coming short of telling you to shut up. I was attempting to help a family today in hopes of obtaining a new regulator for a transporting O2 tank. Information I provided the representative was met with a great amount of resistance and deniability that I knew what I was talking about. Once she was able to confirm my information, she became more rude than previous instead of apologizing for mix ups. I just cant truly explain how poor their service is... I am so sorry for the customers who use their services

I am sorry, but Apria Healthcare is broken...been trying for 3...yes, 3 months to get my supplies for my CPAP and have yet to get them. Not sure what the problem is but at this point, thank God I am not in a life and death situation....I would have "been gone" a long time ago....now it is time for me to go!.... to another provider....would never refer this company to ANYONE! Period!!!

My father was visiting from out of state, while traveling his oxygen tubing was kinked. He called Apria and they were very helpful, really went above and beyond. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, as a medical professional I couldnt have been happier with the service and knowledge that Apria provided.

Same as all of the other reviews. Cant get a hold of a local person. Local number automatically goes to call center where every employee I have spoken with were extremely rude and not helpful at all!!
