They are cheating you out the time your allotted. They get paid for x amount of hrs but only show for a few min. As soon as I questioned the time and pay. She amediatley got rude and very unprofessional. I think cussing, at a client is low. Especially when your in the wrong. I would never go here!!!!!!!!!

Matrix Home Care Services took care of a family member and I could not be more grateful and pleased with the experience. The nurses and staff were professional and caring. They are a great agency and I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking care for their loved one.

Not only are the nurses and social workers rude, but theyre overly nosey and caused multiple problems for my family. I wouldnt recommend their services to my worst enemy.
