This company will lie to you about your insurance even if you know better! They insisted my insurance would cover services and equipment 100% as it was preventative. I trusted them completely as I normally do especially with people and companies in the mountains. Also I found the equipment they provided on the Internet for 50-60% less! There are many other companys that will travel from Denver, Grand Junction, and enliven Glenwood springs. Do yourself a huge favor DONT USE ALPINAIRE!

I could not be happier with the service! My elderly father was not doing well at this altitude and after a long night in the ER, a kind man (I cannot remember his name because I was comatose tired!) brought the oxygen my dad needed to come home safely at 4am, set it up and answered all my questions. Pick up was fast and easy and Mike (who picked it up) was so kind as well! I do not have enough good things to say about this company! Thank you!

Dont use these guys. They strung me along for two weeks on a doctor prescribed Study, all because they dont want to take Medicare. They could have simply said that in the beginning rather that lie about the prescription. Poor business practices. Beware.
