"Just wanted to tell you again how much we appreciate all you did for us in helping with our sick granny over this past month. It was incredibly nice to have someone actually answer the phone when I called and able to help me problem solve on the spot. And, being able to go from 3 hours a day to 24 hour a day help all in the same day Im sure was a zillion phone calls on your part. Thanks!!! From a granddaughter viewpoint you made a tough situation much easier and being an RN as well, I can speak to the quality of your staff: top notch! We had Angie, Patty and of course Frankie and they all acted in a very professional as well as compassionate manner. They all seemed to know what to do, but also very willing to listen to me and do as I asked. They all seemed to know that even though they were there for my grandma, they also knew they were caring for my grandfather as well. And, after my grandma died just naturally shifted there focus onto him. Grandpa has greatly appreciated all your help as well."
