I started with Brightstar a year ago in June....Had the best nurse, well she decided to quit and she let me know well ahead of my next infusion....Brightstar never called me to let me know that she had left the company...I finally called them the day before my infusion...Yes they had a nurse coming out but didnt even offer a reason of why they hadnt contacted me....My second nurse came out...everything is great..Well I get a text from her on Monday saying that Im not on her list for infusions this week (Thursday is my infusion) I call the office and leave a message for Kevin...an hour passes dont hear back so I call the office again and ask for the owners, was put on hold...Kevin picks up, I ask why Im not scheduled for this week, Well it was a business decision..What the heck does that mean? Why didnt you call me? The pharmacy told me NOT to call you that they would? Huh??? I told him legally that I didnt think he could do this to me and hung up...I call the pharmacy and they NEVER said that to Kevin...it was his responsibility to contact me...The pharmacy was in the works with getting me a new care team for my infusions...A while later Kevin calls back and says that they wanted to offer me a different nurse (which my old nurse would train....not that this nurse needed any training?) Well what does that mean? I told him NO..that the nurses that I had were the best but you and your company stink..Please be very careful before signing up with this company...

I was sent home after 3 surgeries which ended with an incision 27cm long and 10cm wide across my abdomin. Bright star was my home health care nurse which was providing wound care twice daily. My nurse was Stephanie. She was fantastic always brought a smile to my face chit chatted with me and extremely encouraging. After a botched appendectomy I was unsure about having another medical provider touch me but that wasnt the case with Brightstar. They sent me Stephanie and she provided the best care a person could ask for. As I healed the number of visits went from twice a day to daily, to every other day. Stephanie was always concerned about working around my schedule and gave me questions to ask the surgeon during my Doctor visits. I cant speak highly enough for Stephanie or Brightstar, they are the best of the best. Thank you Brightstar and Stephanie.

The clients are wonderful, the caregivers are wonderful, and you just couldnt ask for a more devoted staff. As humans, we are all capable of making mistakes. However, in this office, things are rectified quickly, completely, and with understanding and empathy! You get what you pay for and this office definitely delivers!

Wow, I was so happy with Brightstar and my nurse Stefani. The nurses that I dealt with were compassionate and caring. I was taken care of by wound care nurses and the pain was excruciating. It was nice to know that when the nurse was coming, that I could expect her to be gentle and kind. The gentleness would help to ease my pain. I would recommend this company to everyone. My physical therapist was really good, but then she was sick for a week and then a family member of hers was critically ill and I ended up with 3 weeks of no therapy and they didnt send anyone out until the very end, even though I called up and asked multiple times. I felt left out in the cold and I am not as far along in my healing as I should be. They really need to work on their dispatching.

Since they have been dealing with my dad thier has been tremendous improvements with him. I higjly recommend it to any one with an elder parent or a child who needs extra help. I have not had any issues and dont see any happining any time soon!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK BRIGHTSTAR
