This place is unprofessional and the staff does not have any people skills. The Receptionist did not bother to ask or update my profile. The Lab Tech did not follow the proper collection procedure. He did not follow proper handwashing techniques or let me know that he was about to stick me...How did these people get hired...go figure

I hate hate these type of locations you have to pay to park in a garage (hard with a lifted truck) and since they are attached to a hospital they are always more busy than the stand alone locations. Staff are freindly enough for the 1 star I guess.

Id give zero if I could. I arrived at 4:32 and was told that they were closed. All the paperwork I received as well as online indicated that they close at 5pm. This was an extreme inconvenience and cost me personal time from work.
