If I could give zero starts I would. You need to post correct open and closing times. Raced after work to meet the posted timeframes because the phone number provided is a fax number. No respect for peoples schedules. I hate that my insurance dropped quest diagnostics literally #1 in my book from customer service at the front desk to bedside manners. Definitely changing my insurance next year.

No eye contact from front desk. Needed to reschedule appt. - instead of assisting, staff told me to do it online. Definitely going somewhere else.
