Receptionist was unprofessional and not helpful. She carried on a personal non-business related conversation with another employee while she was supposed to be logging my wife in. Since my wife had three doctor’s appointments coming up in a one week period, I requested that she send copies to those doctors. She refused stating that it needed to be in the orders. I then requested that the results be sent to my wife. She refused stating the privacy act. The privacy act in no way prohibits sending lab results to the patient having lab work done.

Nothing my wife was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Because she has not been working due to the chemo treatment we are having a hard time financially. They refused to do the necessary test over a $40.00 dollar copay. They seem to be nothing but a money hungry company who does not care about the consumer.

Very unprofessional. After being there for an hour every receptionist that appeared at window was extremely rude to every client that walked up to the window. The urinalysis collector however was polite and professional. Very long line and the lines move very slowly.
