Awful experience!! A lady from their billing department calls me asks to confirm my address and tells me that I have a bill pending but that they had my address wrong. So I give her my correct address and I try to explain the process she should have followed and advise that I would be sending the bill to my insurance too please give me the time to get it paid. A week after, she calls me again and notifies me that I have been put in collections, with no prior notice and demand immediate payment, I ask for time and she refuses to help me out. She then tells me that my insurance will not cover it and that I should pay it myself. After the fact of being sent to collections I decide to pay with my credit card. Finally my insurance helped me sort this out, made them reimburse my payment so they can get directly paid by my insurance. I take care of my credit like a baby, Im an excellent borrower, never in my life was I ever sent to collections and thanks to them my record is now tainted. They were never a provider I chose, so check with your Doctor what other providers theyre using before ending up in their hands.

Yesterday we took my grandma there for a appointment for a biopsy. We were really late but they told us it was ok, that we could still be seen. The receptionist/nurse Sarah was so kind, my mom said "Shes so sweet you can get diabetes from her!" :D There was a lady in a maroon suv who we saw in the parking lot that said she worked there and she was also kind. Dr. Kardos was so kind as well and informative, very patient. My grandma was also seen very quickly. Their waiting room is so very warm and comforting. All around I wish all my grandmas appointments were this smooth!!

Check with your insurance about what you owe. This company billed me the full amount, even though my insurance has already paid them. My statement said, "Your insurance has processed this claim. The balance is your responsibility." When I went to their website to pay, I got really sketched out, there was ZERO security. And they let you decide how much to pay, that didnt add up to me. Something is not right here. False bills? An Online Payment Center that dont itemize what you are paying for, but will accept any amount you want to pay them?
