Absolutely awesome experience! I went in needing care for two separate conditions. They had to carry out several tests, X-rays, administer at least three medications to provide immediate relief, and also had to place me on IV. The staff was excellent, just as other reviewers mentioned and I was in at 8:30am out by 10:30am! One condition was illness due to recent international travel which could have been anything and the other was first time diagnosis of a chronic illness. So it wasnt just a straight forward case: the team had to narrow down from a very large list of possibilities. Each test being done was explained, results were provided very quickly, and treatment was started as soon as they knew what was wrong. Everything being done was clearly explained to me by the person carrying out the action. Dr. Turner has excellent bedside manner and diagnosed my two issues very quickly. He also provided his personal cell number in case of any complications/ issues! All prescribed medication was gone over with me twice (once by the doc and again by the nurse). Both nurses were also excellent: fast, efficient, clearly competent, while also personable and friendly. The lady working the front desk was also fast and efficient. The only waiting I was doing was for the IV bag to finish up! I very strongly recommend going to this clinic.

Id give this clinic 10 stars if I could. Id picked it because it was closest and was urgent for pain relief since I cracked my knee on the sidewalk. When I arrived the doctors were kind, patient, supportive, understanding, and skilled. I have a terrible phobia of needles and not once did the doctor make fun of me. She patiently walked me through my treatment and was loving and welcoming 100% of the time. I couldnt ask for a more amazing experience. Not only that, but the facility was remarkably clean and beautiful. I thought to myself, "How in the world is this place to clean, but not sterile feeling?" I genuinely could not have had a better experience.

They took amazing care of my son when we rushed him in with a head laceration. What surprised me even more is when I went in a few days later myself for a completely different issue, every single one of them, from the receptionist to the doctors, asked me how my son was doing! I dont even remember meeting or seeing some of these people and they remembered my son and sincerely asked how he was healing. They took very, very good care of me as well. I have been very impressed with this facility. I hope I do not need to visit an ER anytime soon, but if I do I know they will be my first choice.

We had to visit today because my son had an accident that hurt his foot. The staff was very kind and helpful. I had his sisters with us and the staff made all of us feel very welcome! They were equipt with xray machine, CT machine and an ultrasound. The only thing that I thought may have been an issue was very limited seating in the lobby. Fortunately we were taken to a room quite quickly. In total we spent under 2 hrs from start to finish, including xrays. Very impressed! Thank you very much for helping my son!

The staff at My Emergency Room is both caring and attentive. I have been here a few times now and the staff actually remembered my daughters. I have been seen by Dr. Ryan Cradeur each time and he genuinely cares about his patients. I would recommend this place over any emergency room. You will be seen quickly and you will have a positive experience.

Got to interact with about 4 of their staff members and they were all very kind and attentive. The gentleman at the front, Anthony I think his name was, was helpful with info over the phone before arriving and very friendly. I will definitely come back next time I crush my finger!

The staff was AMAZING and the facility was beautiful. They can do pretty much everything a true ER does with none of the waiting. They even emailed a link to my X-rays for me to give my doctor. I could not be more pleased with the care I received.

My family of 6 visited for flu shots. The staff treated us with great compassion and a high level of professionalism. They were especially amazing with one of my kiddos who was not happy about getting a shot :)

Woke up in middle of night with UTI. Gave me IV antibiotics to knock it out since no pharmacy was open. Even gave me warm blanket while waiting for IV to finish. Appreciate you guys!!
