First off I came across this office on groupon thinking Id save myself a little money on botox.. $143/20units. I normally get just over 20 with my regular dermatologist and pay just under $300.. The Dr argued with me and said there was no way that was all it was and I need 54 units to treat my 11s and crows feet. I did call my reguar office to find out how many I received in my last visit and yes it was 24 units (I have minimal lines, my biggest issue is the 11s from frowning) and I was happy with the results from that visit. Anyway the visit Id hoped to save money on ended costing me an additional $356 , so I paid $500 and less area was treated than my usual. The Dr never even noticed on my chart the other services I marked that interested me, he was in a total hurry cutting me off and walking out mid sentence to see his next patient. . I just spent $500 and cant get more than 30 seconds of his time.. Very disappointed I will definitely stay where I was , I never should have strayed. My face better start looking perfect in the next few days for that damn much. As of right now it doesnt even feel like I got botox done all I feel is pain which Ive never experienced with prior botox injections.

I achieved great results with fillers. Its like I got a facelift without the anesthesia or invasive surgery. They are professional, kind and really address the patients needs. I have been to a plastic surgeon and he did a very sloppy job and just blew me off. This dermatologist is patient and listens to you and of course treats you and makes you feel good about yourself. It was the best way for me to finally treat myself . Also he is way more knowledgable about skin muscles and the loss of collagen that occurs with aging than any other physician or surgeon and I know since I have been to multiple dermatologists. The results were instant with no pain or bumps. My redness went away in 24 hours. He is artistic and really knows how to sculpt a beautiful face. I love their availability and flexibility . Prodessional and helpful staff . Best decision I ever made !

I suffered from severe malasma for several years, until I came to Dr.Ghohestani. I was visiting doctor to doctor, permorfng several lasers for years, with no concreate outcome. I was recommended by my family doctor to see Dr. Ghohestani being as he is one of the top awarded dermatologist in the country. His office is a very professional and clean environment with a friendly and caring staff, somewhere you would want to get your treatment done. He was very patient and caring with me, taking his time to really benefit his patient. Unbelievably my malasma disappeared after one laser treatment, an extremely professional and knowledgable doctor, would recommend to anyone. Thank you Dr.ghohestani, your are an amazing doctor. My review with Texas institute of derm is Excellent in Quality and care! I have nothing but good things to say about this office! I Went in to see Dr Ghohestani for a consultation for some wrinkle after discussing a plethora of options in his comforting and polite fashion,I decided to get the laser 360 procedure done. It was amazing! He was very gentle and concerned and it worked. My skin just feels smooth. My makeup settles better and my face just seems to have a little more of glow. The medical assistant was also polite and informative. They spend time with me feels comfortable . Overal I would def recommend this office. Thanks Dr.Ghohestani! Viviana.

My experience was above and beyond my expectation. Yes, the office is so busy and I waited for half an hour but he was so nice and very informative. He injected my lips and I love the results! Vey very natural! As a medical student, I always research my doctor. I found Dr. G by his great researches on many different Dermotalogy areas! Very update! He explained everything to me and he was so nice! I posted some of my after pictures! I did not get a good before picture unfortunately! I recommend him to EVERYONE! If you google him you will know that he teaches these things to dermatologist! His technique is very unique and natural! Thank you doctor! :)

I visited this place about a month ago for treatment of long standing rashes on my face that wouldnt go away even after 6 months of previous treatment in 2 different cities (Kansas & STL). After only 3 weeks of treatment, my rashes are all gone and I feel much better. Dr Ghohestani sure knows this field better than anyone I have seen and although he may not crack jokes with you, he is still very hospitable and friendly. The office staff was really nice & accommodating and they worked around my schedule to help me out. Overall I would definitely refer this place to anyone who is looking to get a real answer to their problems.

Expect your visit to take two hours. Consistently the slowest Dr. Ive ever experienced. Dr. Gs focus is on cosmetic more that it is with skin disorders. We took our teenage daughter to Dr. G TWICE for bumps on her leg which he diagnosed as warts and prescribed a pricey Rx to treat. After the bumps continued to spread and worsen, my daughter went to a Gen. Practice Dr. at UT, and the Dr. easily identified her condition as psoriasis, and prescribed a $3 ointment to treat. The bumps are completely gone a few weeks later. Really?? Dr. G couldnt accurately diagnose such a common skin condition? Wont be going back.

I spend longer in the waiting room. He only took my $200for 5 min of his time didnt explain what options I had to treat my problems I was looking into getting an iclear treatment done and he just took me to the lady in front just so she can tell me to look for info in there site... Like I didnt do that already thats why I was there horrible experience made feel like I wasnt a good enough patient to even waist his time on me not to mention they made sure to charge me before everything like I was going to run off with my 2 little girls yea thank you hope one day you treat everyone equally and at least act like you care!

Dr. Ghohestani is one of the great skin doctors in Texas if not the best one. I have had mole removal done in Dallas and was not satisfied with the result nor the price at all. However, when I came down here to SA and done several mole removal by Dr. Ghohestani, the result were amazing and the price was decent too. You could hardly tell that I have done mole removal. Im very happy and satisfied with the result; and if you were to do mole removal with this doctor , you will be too!! Thank you Dr. Ghohestani for doing an awesome job!!!

I had a condition on my stomach for over 5 yrs now,my husband and I have bought numerous over the counter meds for fungus,dry skin,allergies excema, phsoriasis you name it ,i tried it.I even went to a couple of health physicians and emergency rooms.Finally i came to DR.Ghohestani,right away he knew what was the problem.He prescribed an ointment and within weeks my stomach was clear.The staff is very friendly and the DR is awsome....Highly recommend that anyone sufffering from any kind of skin condition come see him .......:-)
