DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! I wish there was a choice for negative stars for a review. The most horrible experience I have ever encountered. I have been seeing a dermatologist in North Carolina since I was 13 and diagnosed with psoriasis. At one point I had psoriasis covering almost 90 percent of my body. We tried every treatment there was. Even had a lightbox installed into my house because of the severity of my skin disease. After trying many different treatments my Doctor started me on humira. The only thing that has ever worked for me and it worked miracles. I recently moved to Texas and got pregnant. I looked up everything on humira and its safety during pregnancy and its a category b so my primary doctor said he was ok with me staying on it since the risk of me stopping it would be so horrible for me. I went to dr. Blooms office and he had me in TEARS. telling me I was a bad mother for wanting to stay on a drug like this and he doesnt know what kind of mom would be ok with bein on humira. I was crying my eyes out and he said there is nothing I can do for you, but good luck with that baby. The rudest person I have ever encountered. It is ok if you dont believe in this drug, but to treat a human being the way he treated me in his office, and the things he said to me are just beyond me! Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this office. I am going to write a letter to the medical board because the things that were said (Im not even going to go into detail) were horrible and dont need to go unnoticed. Someone like this shouldnt be in business. Find another doctor and save yourself the trouble

I just recently traveled 96 + miles to see Dr. Bloom to become an established patient for dysplastic nevi and to have my annual mole exam as well as have a spot checked on my face. The front entry office associate was nice, but his assistant was clueless about what a "mole exam" was when she was taking my information down in the exam room (which I had ALREADY filled out on the paperwork when I arrived). During my time with her, another assistant knocked on my exam room door and they were discussing where the doctor was and which patient he was supposed to be seeing and doing a biopsy on. At this time another assistant stepped into the conversation. All while I was sitting on the exam room table. VERY RUDE!! Thats my time! Then Dr. Bloom finally came in and asked me why I was there, before I could explain all my concerns he had me open my gown from the back and snapped a quick photo and basically said that I was good to go. First of all, Im used to having my past dermatologist exam the skin on my torso, limbs, scalp etc. He wasnt like that at all. I pointed out a couple of spots on my limbs and he said that they were fine. I mentioned the spot on my face as possibly being eczema and all he wanted to address was the small amount of acne I had on my chin and put me on long term antibiotics for it. Thats not why I was there! As I was checking out even his check out girl said to me "hes not on his game today". The place is circus and I wont be back!

Dr Bloom is a fantastic surgeon. He has done Minor to major on me including face and hand. I will not go anywhere else but to him. Very nice and does not put you off. He gets it done quickly and professional. Very little or no scaring when it heals. His nurse Kat and office staff are great!!! 5 star they treated me with kindness and really do care! Thank you Dr Bloom, Kat and everyone that works there Sincerely Terry Franks and Irene Franks

When I asked Dr. Bloom about a wrinkle cream, he launched into their expensive skin care line. When, after 3 to 4 minutes of his explaining their products, I asked if their products helped with wrinkles. He said, "No." I declined to try the $300 plus regime. He abruptly opened the door and slammed it back so hard that it hit the room wall. He walked off without looking back. I will not be back. There was no excuse for his rudeness.

The office staff at this place are horribly rude. I have to call several times to get them off their butts for me to get refills sent over to walgreens for nizoral. This happens every time I need a refill. Drs are ok it seems, but the office rep who answers the phone needs to learn phone etiquette and manners.

Going through these reviews. Now I see why they didnt hire my wife. She has to good of a heart for people like this. 3 years derm experience in a bigger city than lbk.4.0 GPA. Letter of recommendation from one of the best doctore and facilities in the world And you dont hire her? Sad sad...

The absolute worst doctor in all of Texas. Maybe America. The staff was awful, rude, I was hung up on after asking a simple question. Unbelievable! I am so angry right now. I cant believe I have to give at least one star. The worst. Do not go here at all. This is a terrible practice!
