I went in for my first visit because I had had a really bad allergic reaction to a moisturizer and my face was itchy/hurting and had acne-like bumps that I couldnt not get to go away. Crystal came in and didnt even ask me what was going on, but proceeded to tell me I had a bad case of acne and not to expect it to clear up in one month of using a prescribed medication. After this, I went straight to my family doctor (2 hours away) and she diagnosed me with staph infection that resulted from the allergic reaction that got so severe. I was put on steroids and antibiotics and within 2 weeks my face was cleared up. Gist of my story, I wont be going back because they couldnt take the time to listen and figure out the real problem. Waste of $20.

Moved here from another state and wanted to continue my childs treatment. Doctor was very condecending and didnt listen to my child nor me in our explanation of what we had already tried, etc. Was entirely unimpressed. Found another doctor In town.
