I had a rash that was caused from allergies. Went to Pueblo Dermatology Clinic, and was blown away by the extreme level of unprofessionalism that I experienced there! After the nurse came in for my initial look over and left, I was left patiently waiting in the exam room for her to return with the Doctor. And while I was waiting, i was deeply embarrassed and appalled to hear the nurse gossiping about my rash with the Doctor, right outside my door!! I wish I could give you their names but that is another thing that lacked in professionalism, is nobody introduced themselves! I should NOT feel embarrassed about a rash in any doctors office but especially at a dermatologist clinic! I do NOT recommend anyone go here!

Known Dr. G Mentz for 10+ years and have always found her to be very professional as well as personable to patients. Currently, she is treating me for sun-related skin damage to the face, neck, ears and arms - mostly caused by a young male that thought wearing a hat and sun screen lotion was unnecessary through teen-age and adult years...now I have regrets for that action. Her office staff is just as dependable as Dr. Ginger...its a pleasure to receive first class medical treatment from this group. This clinic has seen my entire family and they are truly amazing!!!!! The front staff are kind & helpful! The nurses are amazing and the Doctors are superb! I would recommend this clinic to anyone that needed a dermatologist! Dr. Babcock literally save my life!!!! He found melanoma on my ear, rushed a biopsy, personally call me and Doctors in Colorado springs and I was in surgery 2 weeks after he found it!! It had metastasized to 3 of the 5 lymph nodes in my neck and I wouldnt have been as lucky if not for him!!! Thank you Dr. Babcock and staff for being so wonderful!

I had an urgent referral. The scheduler LIED to me and said "I dont see no urgent here". I asked my regular doctor. He showed me that indeed the referral was urgent.
