Setup appointment for initial consultation and screening. Told my doctor I was about to lose health insurance that week and asked if I could have two quick procedures ASAP. My original Dr. couldnt but asked around the office and one was available. DCs did both procedures and I was able to use my health insurance. I had minor complications a few days after the procedure but by then I lost my benefits. My same Dr. saw me right away and treated me despite knowing I was without benefits. I fully recovered as a result and am much better as a result without being in debt. I am forever grateful and highly recommend dermatology consultants in Eagan, Minnesota.

Dr Lazar and his medical assistants at this location are very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. Its typically easy and fast to get an appointment with him as well. Ive known people with cancer-related skin issues be seen and treated almost in the same day. However, the front desk and appointment staff are rude and unfriendly. It must be the culture at this place since there are other reviewers with similar experiences. I wish the administration was as caring and nice as the medical staff.

If I had a choice to click no stars at all, I would. I have never been treated so rudely when trying to make a first time appointment. I am going to cancel my appointment and go somewhere else, I am extremely disappointed in the way I was talked to. The girl was rude, made me feel like I was interrupting her lunch break or as if I was an extreme inconvenience to her.

Dr. Hauge is awesome and has done several procedures on me, including removing skin cancer. I agree with the poster who wishes he could be there forever. I am Just happy he is still there now. Actually, my daughter and I seen Dr. Arnesen for many, many years and we miss her very much. We hope she is doing well.

Dr. Larson is so incredibly kind. He remembers his patients and has a great bedside manner. He listens and has a calm demeanor while still taking charge to solve your skin problems! He makes his patients feel so comfortable no matter what issue they bring to him. Hes top notch.

The woman at the front desk was very crabby, rude, and loud. I hope I dont ever have to deal with her again as she made me feel stupid for asking questions. If you dont like your job, dont work there. You dont need to be rude to customers.

Dr. White was great. Everyone that I spoke with and encountered in the office/on the phone has been very personable and professional. I was able to get in quickly and my appointment was on time, procedure was quick and painless.

Ive been to several dermatologists over the years but Dr White has been, by far, my favorite. She is very knowledgeable, not to mention kind and thoughtful. The right amount of "aggressive". My skin looks great thanks to her!

Dr Hauge, is a great doctor. Very caring and takes the time to truly listen and discuss options. Too bad I think he is getting towards retirement age, I wish that guy would work forever!
