Update 1/8/2016 After months of back and forth calls, I finally received a statement showing 0.00 balance. Great. Thank you to CRYSTAL Who from the beginning (when I first called to schedule my initial appt.) has been GREAT. Today, I received a statement for a cleaning that I was told, from the office manager, that it would be credited to my account "for the troubles". Had to call yet again to see whats going on and why I am being billed again. Frustrating. The only person nice enough in there is Crystal. In my last review I forgot to mention that the turnaround for this place is high...I loved the dental hygienist I had at the beginning, I went back and it was a new dental hygienist. She hurt my teeth so bad that I couldnt eat solids for a few days. She also said she wasnt done with the cleaning so she scheduled a second cleaning, this time I begged to get numbing cream at least, it was done but I could still feel her pulling and tugging and after it wore off my mouth was sore for a week anyway. Save your money and pain and go elsewhere. 8/20/2015: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They billed me on 8/9/2015 (from a procedure done in January) and sent me to collections on 8/19/2015. When I spoke with their "office manager" and asked why my account was in collections before the bill was even due, she did not have an explanation for me. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she gave me a 1800 number and said she has no supervisor. Really? Cool.

I went through about 5 dentist, stuck it out. I referred several others, all unhappy and did not return. I have been continously overcharged by Jennifer and told by Crystal she will call back qho does not. Dr. Riley is a loser. My dentures were a waste of money, I cant wear them. The dr and staff dont care. Friends have been overcharged by Jennifer who calls it prepayment you have to watch her. I tell Crystal problems who says you have to come in to see Dr riley. He doesnt listen or care. The lab they use is horrible, even the oral surgeon said my dentures are a piece of junk I am stuck with. They put a temporary relign that taste like ppison, makes me vomit and have diarrhea. Yet dr riley wont listen. DO NOT GO THERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

OUTSTANDING!! From the front desk leading up to the Dentist ALL staff was amazing!!! I called just inquiring if the office was accepting new patients, within 2min, I had an appointment... IN AN HOUR!! Once I arrived, front staff was exceptionally nice. Morgan, the hygienist, was PHENOMENAL!! She talked with me, and it felt like I was with a friend the entire time. Dr. Riley, looked over my teeth, went over xrays, explained everything, I didnt feel lost at was being said to me. The financial adviser had a bubbly personality! The type of personality that should be in all dental/medical offices. Being fairly new to the SA area, and not knowing which places are the best for me, Im so glad I called this place. AMAZING!

Warning!!! Do not go to this place ! I went there last month to get a root canal and a filling done , one week after I got the filling it broke! So I made an appointment again but guess what the doctor recommended a crown now ! This is very upsetting because they dont stand behind their work and they want to keep charging you for new half ass job treatments! I will never go back there and I will tell everyone to stay a way from this place ! By the way their endodontist didnt even know what are the steps to get the filling done ! No wonder my filling just lasted one week

I have never felt so relaxed and comfortable at a dentist office before. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Riley was superb and most importantly, friendly. I had an annual exam and found out I had a cavity. The office was able to accommodate me and get the cavity filled while I was there because I was moving out of state. Dr. Riley sets great expectations while performing his evaluation and procedure. I definitely recommend this office - you will enjoy your dentist visit here!

I am so glad we found The Rim Dental Care. The staff was helpful with our insurance and out of pocket payment, explaining everything. The office personnel are very friendly. The dental hygienist did a great job with my 7 year old and Dr. Riley was also amazing. I absolutely recommend The Rim Dental Care. My husband also had an appointment and is very pleased with his care. Their customer service is outstanding! We have found our family dental clinic.

The people here were really friendly but I did not get a good cleaning. There were extremely high for other work I needed done, so I started to look around. Well the place I ended up going to months later and got a cleaning they said I had a lot of build up and there was no way that they had cleaned like they were suppose to. Needless to say the cleaning was very painful. I should have known that the cleaning was not thorough as it was too quick.

Very happy with the whole dental office staff , very friendly and welcoming from the start! Nerver once did I feel apprehensive about my visit like I have felt in other dental offices ! Hygienist was great ! Doctor was excellent !! He identified my tooth issue immediately !!! Something that two previous dentist did not !!!! I will certainly recommend the Rim Dental office to all my family and friends !!!

The Doctor and staff are all very nice and helpful. If your afraid to get a procedure done, they totally understand and help you tremendously through it. Id recommend them to anyone. The Office is very clean as well and in a nice area. The doctor gave me a shot to numb my gums and first put on a solution that numbs so you dont even feel the needle awesome!!!!

These people are terrible. I went in for a routine cleaning provided by my insurance and they told me I needed the deep cleaning which would be 650.00!And told me they finance! They wouldnt do my regular cleaning and charged me 25.00. I was so looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned. Ill never go back!

First time to this dental office and it was quick and painless.... litterally. Entire staff was very friendly and I didnt feel pressured do anything more than what I needed. Will definitely continue going to this office. If you have a fear of the dentist dont pass this place up. Great friendly service!
