I became a patient after living with severe lower back pain for several years. I was lead to believe that my pain was from arthritis and that the only relief was medication. My wife encouraged me to go see Dr. Runnels, and after x-rays and an exam he said he thought he could help me and that my back was injured from a traumatic event. He didnt know but I was in a car accident a few years in the past. In just a few weeks of treatment I was able to get off all medications I was taking for back pain. I still need an occasional adjustment but him and his staff make it very enjoyable.

I have been seeing Doc Runnels for 4 years. He and his staff are awesome. Doc Runnels talents are the best. I tell him some of my symptoms, He points to my body and explains where it hurts and why. Always spot on and always effective. I first saw him because of some hip pain I had for a few years. i am in my 50s and figured I was getting degenerative hip like my mother had and would ultimately need surgery. Doc Runnels fixed me up in 2 visits and hip pain is gone. I have seen him for back pain and also gotten acupuncture. VERY pleased with the results.

Sorry for Dr. Runnels he doesnt know what kind of people he has on his reception, those ladys probably think they are only Chiropractic Clinic in Houston, time to change to a closer clinic with better customer service and good luck to Dr. Runnels if he keep bad people answer his phone calls..
