For 8 monrths i was diagnosed with panic attacks and put on 3 different anti depressants. I followed up with Tom for counseling to get to the bottom of what may have been bothering me. I never believed I was having panic attacks but 1 occurred in Toms office so he saw first hand what happens to me. His exact words were "look lady you just had a panic attack and told me to close my eyes and breathe in blue and breathe out red. Well guess what I was having facial seizures caused by a brain tumor that was growing and pressing on my brain. I had to have the tumor removed and am now on the mend. I know Tom is not a dr or neurologist but he clearly doesnt recognize panic attacks either. I would really like all my money back I wasted going to him.

I cant say anything about the actual practitioners, but the front office has some serious problems. It is appallingly difficult to schedule appointments. For my initial evaluation, it took two calls and a message to finally get through. When I tried to schedule my follow-up, I had to call three times and leave a message before I got a call back. All of these calls were during their office hours and not during lunch. When they finally did call back, they told me theyd call me the following week with availability for an appointment. Guess who didnt get a call the following week? When its this difficult just to get in the door, Im going to go somewhere else. Cannot recommend them at all. They just arent prioritizing their patients.

I was having some depression issues and mourning the loss of my brother when I was referred to Dr. Brickens office. They assigned me to Tom Bryant. The three times I went Bryant was late for the appointment himself EVERY time. The sessions always went over but it was no help, he talked the whole time about himself and everything but what I was there for. He never really asked me anything about me other than what was put on the initial forms. Ive never done this sort of thing before but I was completely disappointed. I quit after the third session because I would be better of using the money to buy rounds at the local pub and the conversation would be better.

I think the evaluation is thorough. Dr. Boyle & Kathleen were great. However, our family finally opted to find another facility after the front office continually confused our family members accounts, resulting in a lot of confusion and the wrong family member showing up for appointments another family member was booked for. That eventually led to a no show charge. At that point we decided to seek counseling elsewhere.

I met him and his associates and went to his pain clinic. Ive never seen a doctor take so much care and getting so much paperwork done. The man takes pride in getting through to The insurance companies to get you the care you need. You cant hate the man you need to think about your insurance company thats keeping you from getting the care you need.
