Worst experience with a dental office ever! First visit my appointment was cancelled by receptionist without notifying me, I took off work and showed up and was notified then. This place had such good reviews I decided to give it one more try. I brought X-rays that were less than 2 years old and the same woman behind the desk refused me because I wouldnt agree to having new X-rays even though she told me over the phone I could bring in my X-rays from previous dentist and they would look at those. If there was a change in policy I should have been notified before showing up at the office. I may just be one patient but my time is valuable to me. This time I had my kids with me so i missed work and they missed school for nothing. I wouldnt have bee so upset if the receptionist wouldnt have been so rude and unapologetic. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Russell for a number of years and we have always been extremely pleased with the service and care we have received. The staff is wonderful. They are friendly, thorough, and kind. I recently had six crowns done by Dr. Russell and he was amazing! He was extremely gentle throughout the procedure and explained everything that was going on. From start to finish he made sure I was comfortable and well-informed. The crowns look and feel great and I am very pleased with his work. I highly recommend Russell Family Dentistry.

Bad experience, I make an appointment to fix a filling and what i got was a Dentist Monitor, just like the commercial, who told me that i had a molar that needed to be fixed, and that i will have to set another appointment to get that resolved; and when i said, OK I am here and my molar too, the dentist and the assistant said, well it is almost lunch time, so you need another appointment, but they collected close to $700 from my insurance for the monitoring.......... BAD attitude of the receptionist too, overall a BAD, BAD EXPERIENCE...............

I have been seeing Dr. Russell for the past five years and now will never go anywhere else! He always explains everything he is doing and why, so that I understand exactly what is happening. I have always hated the dentist, but Dr. Russells procedures are the least pain I have ever experienced. He is gentle and talks you through the entire process. Super friendly front desk staff and wonderful hygienist. Not to mention his office is super clean and absolutely gorgeous!

He always explains in detail all of his care and I really appreciate this thoroughness. I have never had such a caring and thorough dentist.
