Getting an appointment with him was a nightmare. Ive never experienced that before. They wouldnt make the appointment until they checked my benefits which took over a week. We offer to pay cash/out of pocket so that we could go in since I was having pregnancy problems and they told me that they dont take cash/out of pocket payments. We called like a 100 times trying to expedite the process with no luck. By the time I saw the doctor I was loosing my baby. I also had to pay up front full pregnancy charges even though I told the front lady the situation. The charges didnt make sense either because my health insurance pays 100% so why i got charged I still dont understand, but I had an emergency and needed to see the doctor. It took over 3 months to get the money I over paid back and several phone calls. So be aware that if you over pay them and you dont know your benefits you will probably wont see that money again, but if you know you over paid you will have to battle them and wait a long time to get the money back and on top of that when they finally realize you overpay them they will send you a letter for you to fill out before they send you the money so another delay. Another problem with this office is that they dont return phone calls. I decided to get an iud so I talked with the nurse personally and nothing called, emailed, called again, emailed again it took forever to get it done so again be aware that if you have an emergency you are better off going to the emergency room than waiting for a phone call because they might call you back in a few days or never. Lastly I went for my annual check up and they give you a card with the information of the lab company to call and get your pap smear results. I call them and they told me that I needed to call my doctor to get the results. This is a red flag to me since I never had to call my doctor for pap results so Im a little concerned so I called the office and left a message 2 days later and no answer. The message states that calls received after 3pm will not be returned the same day, but its 2 days later and nothing. In conclusion this office is horrible all the way around the staff is completely careless. Ive given them plenty of opportunities and every time theres a problem. Now changing subject to the actual doctor he is awesome so good that I dont understand why he works in an office like this, it hurts the good job he does, but theres so much people can take over a good doctor.

Hands down the worst dr office I have ever been to. While dr brown is kind the rest of the office is HORRIBLE. I got told by one nurse to stop medication immediately and another one told me A WEEK LATER that I should still be on it to help keep me from miscarrying my baby. I am extremely sick and its been three business days and they still wont call me back even though their voicemail to the nurse says calls after 3 will be return the following business day. I called before three and didnt hear back that day or the two days following. Still waiting.... and Ill probably honestly never hear from them. Not to mention the front desk staff is not nice, at all. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere. Unfortunately, a nice doctor doesnt make up for bad staff.

I went to see Dr. Brown recently as my husband and I are planning to start a family soon and I wanted a doctor closer to my home, rather than Dallas. I found his office to be neat and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful - from the person at the front desk to the nurse who assisted me going back. Dr. Brown, who came highly recommended by a friend and my general practitioner dr., was warm, polite and spent ample time answering all of my questions and concerns. I feel very comfortable with him and his office and plan to utilize his services as we move forward. In addition, I received a survey shortly after my visit asking me about my experiences.
