I wasok with Dr. Chan treatment and even the first office staff.Everything was ok until I paid the same bill the insurance paid tried to receive a refund was told it would take 6 weeks by Yolanda (or whatever the lady name was) and 4months later still have not received the $2,000 this office stole from me. I have been patience never getting upset or demanding trying to be as polite as possible now I see I have to turn into that crazy demanding customer to get them to get off their butts and give me my money. NEVER NEVER PAY THEM ANY MONEY BEFORE THE INSURANCE DOES OR YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY BACK. WE PRE-PAID FOR MY DAUGHTERS DELIVER IN JAN.2015 IT IS NOW JUNE 2015 THEY WERE PAID TWICE AND NOW THEY WONT RETURN ANY CALLS OR MAIL ME MY MONEY AFTER 4 MONTHS AND SEVERAL CALLS LATER. ON MAY 15, 2015 I WAS TOLD COME PICK UP THE CHECK FROM THE OFFICE ON JUNE 3RD I WENT TO THE OFFICE AND WAS TOLD OH YOLANDA DIDNT PRINT IT YET WE WILL CALL YOU LATER TODAY IF YOU CAN COME BACK TO PICK IT UP. NO PHONE CALL WAS MADE TO ME AND STILL NO CHECK!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

I chose Dr. Renee Chan of Comprehensive OB/GYN because I had heard so many great things about her. I was upset with my current doctor because my yearly was due and they could not get me in for SIX months!! After I called Comprehensive OB/GYN and let them know my situation, they fit me in that week! Her staff was very friendly and I was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Chan put me at ease and she spent a lot of time with me explaining what was going on with me in a way that I could easily understand. So many physicians that I have come across just want to rush you in and get you out as quickly as they can, but she was very comforting and knowledgable. I would reccommend her to anyone! She is a great doctor!!! Very professional and very caring!

Dr. Chan is an incredible doctor! I started going to her initially for infertility issues. She was sensitive and understanding and took the time to listen to my history, needs, and concerns. After only a few appointments, my husband and I successfully conceived. We continued to see Dr. Chan throughout the pregnancy and every appointment was great. Her office staff is very friendly and competent. We had a planned C-Section with Dr. Chan to deliver our breech son. We delivered at Medical Center of Mckinney. The surgery went great! Dr. Chan did a wonderful job and everyone at Medical Center of Mckinney was amazing. Thanks to Dr. Chan and the labor and delivery team at Medical Center of McKinney our birth experience was exceptional.

Beginning we felt safe to deliver our first child here, through out this current process everytime we call to ask a question we never get an answer. Either it goes to voice mail, you leave a voicemail and no one returns your call, or the nurse doesnt know the answer and tells you that she will call you back and you never get an answer. I dont know how I feel having my wife continue with them

Kind. Compassionate. Punctual. Dr. Chan is extremely loving and personable. I will admit that I can be a high maintenance patient, but Dr. Chan answered all my questions and eased my concerns. I was extremely impressed by her sweet spirit the night she delivered my son. I would definitely recommend her to my friends, and I look forward to having her deliver my future babies!

She is amazing! She came in when she was not on call to deliver my son. She delivered two of my children. She let my oldest son be involved by checking the babies heartbeat.
