Dr. Jackson was very nice, but she was very hard on my young teenage daughter. She told us originally that she doesnt see young kids and she really expressed her disapproval in my young daughter and her opinions of her actions. She also expressed how I didnt know how to raise my child properly; even though I have two older daughters. I also felt like her decisions reguarding my daughters care was not as important as the adults. My daughter had a tumor in her ovary that was removed at 13, and she continued to complain of extreme pain after, but the doctors criteria was she was making it up, she needed counseling, and a pain management doctor because none of it was a gynecological problem. She refused for my daughter to get checked out every year when she was on birth control for pain and other reasons. She said only young adults get checked out every year. Then I called today for a reason why she wont refill the birth control. We havent seen her since 2015. I just got told she no longer takes any of her health insurances and she can go to a pcp and they will transfer her records over. They never gave me a heads up on not covering her insurances or not wanting to see her again. Very poor professionalism.

This young doctor is Harvard educated, wonderful at patient relations, and most important, she is a brilliant surgeon. My total Hysterectomy went without a complication. Minimal pain & bleeding-and an expert using the DaVinci Robot. Her heart warming smile puts you at ease when she enters the room.
