The initial visit with Jewel Malick was fine. She seemed mostly nice but when it came to the exam she was kind of rough and it was more uncomfortable than any other exam i have had. A few months later, I called her office to get a prescription re-ordered because I did not get it filled when she assigned it to me. I did not get it filled due to a previous condition I have and I wanted to check with my other doctor first and get his opinion. I figured better safe than sorry. I know Malick is a doctor, but you have to be careful these days, I have had a lot of "doctors" do or say unnecessary things or procedures, (and Im sure there are a few of you out there that know exactly what Im talking about). Anyway, Malick was very upset with me, which is somewhat understandable, I know patients can be crazy too. However I didnt even want to talk to Malick, (I called to talk to a nurse) then Malick picked up and was stern and started to RAISE her voice at me!!!!!! I couldnt believe this! She argued with me and said I was stupid for not getting the prescription filled when she assigned.(LITERALLY, she called her patient stupid to their face, how professional is that!?) Like I said, I wanted to be safe and get the other doctors opinion. Even then, this gives her NO right to raise her voice at me and have ATTITUDE! In my years of many doctor visits, I have NEVER EVER had a doctor as rude and UNPROFESSIONAL as her. I guess someone else must have made her mad that day or something and she took it out on me, I really dont know. Like I said she seemed nice before. I would go into more detail about our phone conversation but it would take too long because she literally sat and tried to argue with me on the phone about a stupid prescription. All she needed to do was say" You need me to resend a prescription? Oh okay I can do that..." and then continue her day to think whatever ill thoughts she wanted to think about me to herself. It was NOT necessary to sit there and argue and TRY to make me feel bad. I will NEVER return to this rough,rude, and unprofessional obgyn!!!!!!! EVER.

This was my first visit to The OBGYN Place. The office staff was professional, cheerful and helpful. The moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. Doctor Malick really listened to me and came up with a plan to find out what is going on with me. This is a first, after 6 months of symptoms pertaining to hormones. Its a small office but they provide fantastic services to everyone that walks through the door. Appointments are timely and Dr.Malick makes you feel at ease about everything. I highly recommend The OBGYN Place.

Dr Malick is the most amazing and fantastic physician she has ever had the pleasure to see. She recently did my wifes surgery and do to her confidence which just radiates when she speaks to you and her professionalism as she discusses your problem you absolutely lose all fear of what you are about to face. She is an amazing surgeon and a amazing person. I would recommend her highly to anyone that wants that special kind of care and support. We love Dr. Malick !!!!!!!!!!!
