Terrible experience. I had a really hard time getting a hold of someone. After calling and not getting anything in return and sending a message on the website that wasnt working I wrote them on Facebook. I did get a quick reply and they did apologize for the hard time I was having getting a hold of them. They told me I would get a call that day. I never received a call. I wrote them back on FB and told them I would take me money elsewhere. I was not happy. They replied back to me and said that their records do show someone called and left a message (I have no VM or missed call from them) and that someone would call me again that day. I did finally get the call, however they could not give me any information about how much this may cost me in the end. I understand that they have to make money and that they cant just give free treatments that would ultimately heal their patients. So I expected to pay. But I found it a little sketchy that they could not give me even a ball park amount of what I could expect to pay. I know treatment varies by person and injury but the girl I talked to couldnt even give me a price per session or price range per session. I emailed them back on Facebook after the the phone call and the reply I got back was unbelievable. I am happy to show anyone who wants to see how they deal with unhappy customers. They called me a scam, they called me a liar, made personal comments about where I work, and laughed at me! I took screen shots of the whole conversation, my responses included, and will be sure to tell whoever will listen of my experience. DO NOT go here. There are other places that can help you and I highly advise researching to find them.

After being in pain and losing the feeling in my right leg I was told (by an MD ) that I needed surgery to alleviate my problem......I had been to several Ortho MDs, Chiropractors and Physical Therapist. All they were able to do was mask the pain with drugs or help me feel better for a short time with adjustments, electric stem and exercise. I tried the 2 free visits and felt a difference. I figured since NOTHING else worked, id try it. 15 visits into it I felt like I was 21 again..... NO MORE PAIN!. I bought the 25 treatment package and was refunded the difference. Yes I had Insurance, no insurance did not pay for it. For me, it was worth EVERY DIME. It enabled me to get back to work and enjoy life ! Im not a whiner, I dont expect insurance to be my parents or pay for everything....asking the receptionist to tell me how much it will cost is silly to me. There is no magic treatment for everyone, but for me this worked FANTASTIC. Highly recommend.

My wife went to a free session and was told she would need to complete 20 treatment for the low price of $6,000.00. They also offered financing at 22% through some loan shark company. They will really put on the sales pressure once you have completed a free session and will call you regularly, and ask that you bring your family the next time you come for your 2nd free session so they can put on even more sales pressure. This place is a scam and I hate to see places take advantage of people who need help dealing with pain. Go to TOSH - IHC before you even consider this place and get some advise from a real Doctor. Also try looking up a good physical therapist who will help you help yourself.

The Treatments worked. At first it was slow then by the 7th visit i couldnt find anymore pain from my back injury. Dr. Meadors is a business man, this is nothing to hate against, that is why he has soo many employees and doctors to help him because he generates soo much business. If you want to talk about you back problems talk to one of his doctors on staff they are great. And his treatments cant be beat, no other doctor in the valley spends soo much of his money so that his patients can have cutting-edge technology that works, period.

Not medical doctors! Dr. Meadors promised our neighbor that he would be relived of his pain by at least 50% after a set of sessions (which they said Medicare was going to be billed). After $6,000 out of pocket (because medicare doesnt pay for this like he was lead to believe), there is no pain relief, and we feel that Dr.Meadors and his clinic knowingly took advantage of us. Try an orthopedic Medical doctor instead of these people.

The visit was pleasant, office was clean, beautiful and kind staff! The doctors are very thorough! I felt a difference in my knee where they used the laser! Cant wait to go back for my 2nd free visit! Its definitely worth your time to try it out! Monica, 46 South Jordan UT.

Great at marketing, not so great at treating. I felt like everything was a trick to come in for 2 free visits. i barely felt any relief at all. Then, I was expected to come up with thousands of dollars for treatment. Dont waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Beware of fraud, hes a glorified chyropractor and his so called cold lazer is a cheap infared massager that I even have one at home looks sorta like, he just wants your 5,000 contract.
