I went into Healthquest on a referral from one of my good customers, i was experiencing a little discomfort in my sternum area, and i must say as far as appearance and presentation goes this place is terrible, the equipment is old, outdated and in some cases scary. The staff was friendly but awkward. Now I paid for my ex-rays about $200 with physical exam. then a couple days later i went in for them to show me my ex-rays, in what seemed to be a broom closet they turned into a consultation room. they did all the usual sales tactics and i must admit i bought it. im in sales and i know a sales pitch, but against my better judgment i signed their contract and paid an additional $900 for 17 sessions, but heres the catch they scheduled me for 31 sessions and after i had went 22 sessions they informed me i had a balance of $250 with them. now i know i signed a contract and i agreed to all thier crazy conditions, but instead of informing me when my prepaid visits were used up, they allowed me to come 5 more times and accrue a balance which i was obligated to pay. I was the first customer that their new "billing department manager" had help and she was unsure on many questions i had during that first visit and had to leave their little broom closet to ask god knows who, the most simple of questions. I feel like a fool because this "Healthquest" office is a joke. DO NOT GO THERE! Regardless of who refers you and how highly you value their opionion. I paid because im a man of my word. if i felt this place was worth a damn i would have paid the $250 which was B.S. and kept going, but the fact is im on google telling you NO!

I have been to other chiropractors who couldnt help my neck issues. I was even told my neck would naturally fuse by my 20s. I went to HealthQuest, and the chiropractors there were able to not only help, but fix my neck! I have full range of motion from them. Then, when I was in my car accident, I went back to HealthQuest. They were able to fix my whiplash, my sprains in my wrist, and the terrible back pain and now I am pain free! The staff there are awesome. So friendly, personal, yet professional. You feel very comfortable and welcomed. I recommend HealthQuest and Dr. Cox to anyone!

Best Experience EVER! I have been to other chiropractors before, but nothing like this. Dr. Cox and the staff are so friendly and fun. They really care about their patients and want them to get the best care possible. I read the Google review before I went into the office so I went in looking for the problems stated. It was nothing but a wonderful experience. I have an old injury to my shoulder and I look forward to going to my appointments because I know that I will actually be able to stop hurting.

Dr cox took the time to actually see what was going on with my back and made me feel like someone that was very important rather than just another patient as I felt like with other doctors. Health Quest is the best chiropractic clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Cox has kept me out of pain and greatly improved my health! He has even treated my children, helping them with their text necks and sprains and strains. Health Quest is the best choice for people who do not want to take pain medications and who want to be healthy and functioning to their full potential!

My brother and I were already receiving treatment from Dr. Cox and then we got into a 2nd accident, and Dr. Cox went above and beyond and came in on his day off to take care of my whole family after the accident. I love this office and Dr Cox! The whole staff really cares about you and making you feel better. Dr Cox is a great Doctor. He explains what is wrong and why it is effecting you.
