I would never recommend this place to anyone. First appointment they had me do some x-rays. First of all....they had me change into a black shirt and black basketball shorts that has already been sitting there. They smelled gross and I felt disgusted wearing clothes that has clearly not been washed. The x-ray technician was nice but she told me that she didnt go to school for this and it seemed really unprofessional and sketchy to me. My second appointment the doctor asked me to teach him what I had read in the brochures in the lobby. Seriously? Youre the doctor. YOU tell me what I should know. It was just a joke. And everyone I tell this to thinks its a joke too. He showed me my x-rays and was not sympathetic at all. He then sent in the financial lady and she didnt even have a form showing me payment options. It was all handwritten on a piece of paper. They were asking me to pay $2,400 out of pocket for treatment. I understand there are payment options but still. $2,400 is a joke and I am not willing to pay that for treatment that might not even work. (I also never got treatment the 2 times I was there...) I didnt want to schedule an appointment but she kept pressuring me into bringing my husband and scheduling one. She told me she would call me if she didnt hear from me. This place was ridiculous and I will NEVER go back. I wasted time and money with them. It felt like a scandal every time I was there.

this place is a dingy dark dump, i have no idea how this is considered a health or medical center. The place is setup to scam you. I made an appointment for an adjustment , and walked out with nothing! The doctor was a condiscending awkward mormon, who obviously has a scam setup. He took me to a back dark room with a dirty looking table , asked me a few questions and responded to my answers very rudely and like i didnt know anything, after about 5 minutes of that he sent me to abother dark room and told me to change into a disgusting dirty pair of shorts and tshirt so i can get an xray and that i can make an appointment to come back and discuss treatment!!!! This is when i walked out! i have been to mulitple chiropractors and never had an xray , every other time its simple you walked in for an adjustment and walk out! this is a scam plain and sipmle, i cant imagine how much they would have charged had i come back for the second appointment!

When starting UpZen health, I was in so much pain. From the tip of my head down to my ankles. With my head I had constant headaches and migranes at least once every few days; with my neck the pain shot down to my right arm, it was hurting so bad I was about to get a cortizone shot but after the first adjustment it felt so much better. And down my back would hurt so bad I could not stand or sit down for long periods of time, Then lastly my legs would go numb all the way down to my anckles for hours at a time. So yep from head to ankles. I was in pain everywhere all the time it made me so depressed that I couldnt do much and I was taking 4-5 advil or that type of pain killers a day. But since being here I am so much happier and I am doing so much more in my life. And I highly recommend it to everyone I met. Because I am only 19 and I couldnt imagine anyone going through life with so much pain. UpZen is really a pain reliever.

UpZen Health has renewed my health. Before being treated, I was in constant pain for 10-15 yrs. I thought it was just stress. The xrays showed differently. After a few treatments I started feeling better. The pain in my neck and shoulders started deminishing, headaches went away. Then half way thru my treatment plan, my vehicle was rearended at a traffic light. If it wasnt for my body feeling better, I would not have realized how much the accident affected my body. By the end of that day, I was in a lot of pain. I went to my appointment the next day. They took new xrays which showed significant damage. Through cooperative work between UpZen and myself, I was able to heal in a fraction of the time. I have recommended UpZen to people I know, and some have accepted a way to a new beginning. UpZen Health is GREAT! And I will continue to recommend people to them.

Dr. Roller has approached my pain in the most logical, professional manner that I have ever experienced from a doctor of chiropractic medicine. His diagnostic workup, explanation of the problems and solutions, and his pre-adjustment, adjustment, and post-adjustment care far exceeds any of my previous chiropractic treatments. I have dealt with pain that has ranged from mildly limiting to severe for years. Dr. Roller has treated me for about 1 month. For the first time in 20 years I am experiencing multiple pain free days and days when pain is present are better than my best were prior to Dr. Rollers treatments. My experience is that there are doctors of chiropractic medicine and then there is Dr. Roller. Terry Silkman, DVM

Ive been to several chiropractors for a chronic weakness in my arm and UpZen Health were the first and only ones to do a comprehensive set of XRs on me and analyze the results with me to help fix the root cause of my problem. Ive suffered with this problem for over 10 yrs and finally have found constant and improving relief from the doctors at UpZen Health. Theyre trained in other modalities of medicine too and are truly dedicated to helping their patients feel better. Ive been suffering from morning sickness quite markedly and Dr Roller was able to take the nausea away completely and instantly with an acupoint stimulating device! I hadnt felt so good since before the pregnancy. I am truly grateful for their help!

Terrible customer service. I called to schedule an appt. They referred me to the website which says you can call to make an appt. I tried 8 different times on two different days and after I went through a 5 page sign up process for each time it said the times were booked. I called and told them what happened. The girl who answered told me "Oh they just blocked those times out." I asked "all four times on that day." "Yeah I guess so, You should just try a different day." Ridiculous. How about you just try and schedule an appt for me and actually give a crap about the customer and not just making a buck. Thanks but no thanks I will gladly go somewhere else.

I was given a Groupon from my kids to try massage at UpZen. The front desk staff was beyond apathetic when I walked in. No greeting of any kind, I had to make the first move. I received a massage from Shari, she did a good job. I have gone back once more, had a massage from Gary. His massage was amazing! However, same lackluster service from the other office staff. If you can stand the front desk staff treating like you are invisible, the massage is worth it. Totally mixed review, I prefer the whole package, from start to finish when Im paying for a service.
