The staff was friendly. Gillian and the guys were fine. BUT--I was misdiagnosed. I went for shoulder pain/ injury. I was told it was some sort of muscle issue. I went for about 5 weeks with no change; the pain in fact just got worse. I went to a different provider and finally got the proper diagnosis and treatment. Within a week I had a noticeable difference, within 3 I feel almost normal. All the exercises Mountainland had me do were actually more harmful. And they did not give me the proper home treatment plan either. I also think my current PT took my pain and damage more seriously and did more to alleviate it immediately through ultrasound treatments, STEM, and ice treatments. They aggressively treated my pain as well as the underlying issue. Mountainland didnt do that. Comparing the two, it seems to me that however well-intentioned Mountainland was, they didnt know how to diagnose my issue or how to treat it with the proper methods.

I was in a car accident a year and a half ago. Ive had bad lower back pain since then, until my doctor referred me to Mountain Land. My experience here has been amazing! Gillian was able to massage knots out of my lower back that made it so I could finally sit down for long periods of time without any throbbing pain. I was taught exercises to do at home. Between going to therapy and doing those exercises I am now pain free. Thank you so much Gillian and the whole staff for your help in taking care of my back. Im actually feeling better now than I did before the car accident and I never thought that was possible! I will definitely recommend Mountain Land to my family and friends.

Youll never meet a better bunch of people! They KNOW their stuff!! I read the other reviews, and to tell you the truth, pretty sure the one that left a negative comment had some hidden agenda! I feel 100% confident in recommending Mountain Land Physical Therapy to everyone!

I had a tumbling accident and tore some ligaments around my hip and growth plate. They were so nice to me and took great care of me. They made sure I knew and understood the exercises and checked up on me regularly. They are the best!! I would recommend them to anyone.
