It is my privilege and honor to provide a review for Wasatch Physical Therapy, located in Ogden, Utah. I have been a patient at this facility for an array of treatments (periodically) for eight years. For the entire period, I have received nothing short of exceptional care. The owner and therapist (Ernie Chavez) is one of the best in the business. He has always treated me with utmost respect and displays a genuine concern for my wellness. He works extremely hard and always go the distance to ensure patients experience a smooth transition as they venture through their rough journey to recovery. If you have a physical condition and need a therapist who genuinely cares about his patients and their recovery , Ernie is your go to professional. His team members and physical therapists( Robert Black and Mitch Lillywhite) are highly trained, knowledgeable, and professional. Also, the facility is adequately stocked and extremely clean. The atmosphere is extreme inviting. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by friendly faces. I have received recommendations to try other facilities. However, I wont try other facilities because I believe there is no better care in the business. Others will need to raise the bar to outrank this facility and staff. Finally, I definitely recommend Watch Physical Therapy for treatment. You wont regret it!!!

I have returned to Wasatch Therapy and Fitness for another round of Physical Therapy. A new issue prompted my primary care physician to refer me to the professionals at Wasatch. My experience with the staff has been positive, from my interactions with the competent women who work the reception desk, to the interns and techs and of course, the therapists. I trust my therapist, Rob Black, who specializes in Spine issues. He has helped me immensely. The first time I went to him for therapy, I had almost reconciled myself to having to use a walker for the remainder of my life. I was disheartened. I was offered hope and the tools to make that hope a reality. The facility is clean, safe, newly equipped with the best fitness and therapeutic equipment. If you are in need, this is the place to go.

I never thought I would miss something​ like going to physical therapy. My physical therapist (Ernie Chavez), is caring and helped me build myself up to being able to do more and better understand what I needed to do to help me. They not only care about you and your physical state, but your goals and objectives as well and put those into consideration as youre going through the process of physical therapy. The entire staff is wonderful and know what theyre doing. I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else. The staff not only is the nicest there is, but the place is a comfortable place to be and I will miss going there.

I have been a patient of Wasatch Therapy since 2004 when I had back surgery. I have seen a variety of therapists, Rob Black, Ernie Chavez, Melissa (I wont even try to spell her last name without having it in front of me). I have been seen for my back, hips, following my total right knee replacement, and wrist surgeries. Not only do I see them for actual Physical Therapy appointments, but I also use the facility for fitness under the therapists supervision. I recommend Wasatch Therapy without reservation, they keep this body going.

Wasatch Physical Therapy is definitely the place to go, with any issue regarding rehabilitation... Pre and post-op, sports injuries, age related issues, etc. Of the many places I have utilized, Wasatch has been the most rewarding. The entire staff is amazing and compassionate. The therapists are very knowledgeable and work with you, not just tell you what to do. I have already recommended them to friends and would encourage anyone needing physical therapy to give them a call!

The best customer service with the gals up front so friendly and helpful and with the billing department everyone treats you great, then the pt staff is exceptional there is not one that I would put above the others, Kayden, Stephanie, Robert, Ernie are all great. I have been coming to Wasatch on and off for multiple different physical therapy issues and have had the best care, I recommended this to a few friends through the years and they agree. I give the staff and Rob Black five stars. My experience was wonderful. The exercises were just what I needed. I felt well cared for and the invitation was open if I need to return for more therapy. I felt Rob Black was professional and concerned with my well being. Mr. black had a high rating with Doctor Bachison who referred me. The student therapist also was helpful and gave me encouragement. Needless to say I was very pleased.

I really had a good and satisfying experienced with Wasatch Physical Therapy, The front desk receptionist was very nice, friendly and patient, they will answer your questions on the best of their knowledge, patiently and answer your questions with respect! I would highly recommend Mr. Mitch Lillywhite and Mr. Ernie Chavez, they are very gentle and careful on how they handle and massage the muscles of their patients!

I really enjoyed going there for my physical therapy. The physical therapy Drs. are great and genuinely care for their patients. They work with you and make sure you are doing okay while working out. I absolutely love this place! The physical therapists and staff are so helpful and friendly. I love coming here because I know that the people helping me are super genuine and truly want me to get better. This is my second time going to physical therapy and I cant imagine going anywhere else. Wasatch Physical Therapy is such a positive place and I highly recommend it!
