My family dentist referred us to Timberlane because my daughter is wiggly, and they claim to be "good with kids." The dentist put on a nice face at first, but when she didnt cooperate, he turned into a drill sergeant and was very mean to her. She was screaming before the procedure began, mostly because he was forcing her to wear the laughing gas mask which she hated--it did NOT cause laughter, quite the opposite. I was sitting quietly in the corner, and he said that because he felt that he needed to be in control and my presence interfered with that, he told me to leave the room. The nurse told me it only got worse after I left. My daughter was totally traumatized by her experience there. Then I got slammed with a huge bill, and when I asked them to at least remove the laughing gas fee, explaining how traumatic it was for her and it didnt have the desired effect, they wouldnt even remove that fee. I am NEVER going back to Timberlane Dental!!

I have been going here for ortho for our whole family for 4 years and they are great. Usually very prompt and on time - extremely competent and friendly ortho staff. Dr. Sean is great with kids and pulled both of my sons teeth when they needed extractions - my one son was very dentist phobic from a prior incident but was able to trust Dr. Sean and had a completely fine time with his extractions. I would highly recommend this office for ortho or dental needs.

Soviet Wiggler

Took my daughter there for a routine cleaning and the assistant was extremely rude to her. She made several rude and demeaning remarks through the cleaning process including one that my daughter had the worst teeth she had seen in 24 years. Mind you she brushes her teeth 2-4 times a day. Wouldnt recommend this place unless you want your kid to feel self conscious about herself or if you enjoy someone talking bad to you the whole time

Dr Turner is the absolute best ! I had recently come in to see him with a throbbing tooth and he fit me into his very busy schedule on the day I called. I ended up needing a root canal and his schedule was booked but he came in on his time off and so didnt his hygienist just so I didnt have to suffer thru the holidays. My Mom and Sister also see him. And they think hes the best as well.

I had a great experience for my first visit l. I saw Dr Jeff B and he calmed my fears down; they explained what needed to be done and gave me the price. Their equipment was up to date. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. P.S. I hate/fear dentist and it was a good experience (considering it was a dentist)
