I am absolutely appalled by office staff. They are grossly incompetent when it comes to billing and patient records. I went to Huntington Family Dental when I was under my fathers insurance. Upon graduating college and getting a job I got my own insurance and returned to Huntington Family Dental. They failed to notify me that my new insurance was not in network. They simply said we submit to all insurances. THAT IS NOT THE SAME. As a result I had an outrageous bill FOR A CLEANING. Not only did they fail to notify me about my insurance until after the second visit they never updated my address. I was unaware that I even had a bill until the end of my second visit where I questioned the charges and thats when I was finally notified that my insurance was out of network. After I had already racked up a bill for $300+ dollars. Once they finally updated my address the bill was addressed to my mother. I contacted them several times about bill to get it addressed to me - was promised they would send a bill addressed to me - never received it. Not only was the bill improperly addressed but after questioning the bill it was discovered that they took unnecessary xrays which my insurance refused to pay for due to the fact I already had xrays taken several months prior. I am absolutely disgusted by this misconduct and incompetence. I will never go or recommend this place to anyone ever again.

I have never had any extensive dental work done besides routine cleanings. A few months ago my back tooth broke in half and I waited too long to go see the dentist as I knew Id have to get some work done. I finally made the decision to call and was told Dr. Sal would take care of me. I went in and right off the bat they sensed I was anxious and went out of their way to help me feel comfortable (shout out to Alisha) it turns out I needed to have the tooth pulled and obviously my anxiety kicked in and I decided to leave and schedule it for the following week. Fast forward to today, I mustered up the courage to go in and get it pulled. The staff was caring, funny and made me relax very quickly. Dr. Sal made jokes which calmed me down immensely. I cant say thank you enough, I have been terrified of the dentist for so long due to bad experiences and you all made it as easy as possible for me. If you are scared of the dentist, have had a bad experience previously or are looking for a change, this place is where you need to go!! You wont be let down

The care I just received was as excellent as usual. However, I was not pleased with the way I felt pressured into changing my teeths aesthetic appearance; especially since I did not ask about any alterations. People, like myself, actually dont worry about outer beauty as much as the main streamed society in this country, and it made me feel a bit discouraged that the dentist felt the need to "show me what I could look like if..." Dont get me wrong I love all of the staff at Huntington Dental and will continue to recommend them to friends and family, but my recommendation to the staff themselves is to wait for people to inquire about invisa-lign or any other procedures before suggesting it to them and making them feel uncomfortable.

The team at Huntington Family Dental Group are amazing! I was very embarrassed, walking in the office with the amount of work I needed. I have covered my smile for more than fifteen years and it was finally time to do something about it. After checking in, the process didnt take long at all. The staff was so knowledgeable and very polite. After everything was done, I went home and smiled! (WOW) I havent done that in quite some time,without having to put my hand in front of my face. My self-esteem became higher instantly. If there is one thing I have to say about Huntington, it is that I was never treated like a patient, but as part of a family! Thank you Dr. Sal for making me a more confident man!

I highly recommend Huntington Dental Family Group for Invisalign treatment. I successfully completed treatment over 1.5 years to rectify crowded and crooked front teeth. Because the treatment required teeth shaving, Doctor Egnaczyk minimized the amount done. Throughout the treatment, Lizbeth, a dental assistant who specializes in Invisalign, set realistic expectations about the program timeline and scope. In my case, that included the first 25 appliances over +50 weeks, plus another 10 appliances -- at the initial price quoted. The cost also covered four retainers to wear post-treatment. My dental insurance covered about 40% of the costs - and the billing process was seamless.

I have had the opportunity to work with the Doctors and Amazing Staff at Huntington Family Dental for the past 5 1/2 years. I wake up everyday looking forward to spending my day with this team and treating our patients together. We are a family of dedicated and compassionate people working together to serve and educate our patients about dentistry. We have the most current technology in the office, from digital x-rays to an iTero digital scanner, which replaced the need for traditional impressions for crowns ,night guards and even Invisalign ! This is such an awesome office! To my family at Huntington Family Dental Group ...I thank you for all you do ...and I love you!!

Both my wife and have been a patients of HFDG for almost 30 years and have always had nothing but positive experiences with the doctors and their work. Dr. Greg and Dr. Sal are the best at what they do. In all the time Ive been their patient, Ive never had a problem with any of their work - and their work on me has been extensive (crowns, bridge, implant, surgery, etc.). They offer every aspect of dentistry in their one location making it easy to get whatever service I need. The staff is friendly and professional and the office and equipment are state-of-the-art. I highly recommend HFDG as one of the best dental practices in the area.

Huntington Dental is exceptional. I have 4 kids and going to the dentist can be challenging with all of them. Huntington Dental staff is knowledgeable, confident, attentive and warm to make our dental visits as easy as possible. Just this past week my son was getting surgery in one room while the rest of the kids had their teeth cleaned...and everyone was calm and still smiling at the end!! We know all of the doctors at the practice and they are all kind, communicative, and experienced. The dental care is fairly priced and they work with my insurance. I am thankful that my family is in trustworthy hands with Huntington Dental.

Ive been going to Huntington Family Dental ever since I was a kid and now my son also goes there. Ive been very happy with both Dr. Greg and Dr. Sal as well as all of the hygienists that Ive seen over the years. Everyone has been friendly, informative and thorough. Dont get me wrong, I hate going to the dentist but the team here makes it bearable. Recently, I had some concerns over some pending dental expenses and they went above and beyond to provide care that was in the best interest to the patient (me) and not their wallets. Thanks Huntington Family Dental Group for my years of dental care.
