OVER-BILLED! At first I liked this dentist. The office is convenient, my hygienist was pleasant, and Dr Graber seemed to know what he was doing. Then I got the bill. For one visit, they tried to charge me two separate times. Luckily I caught this and was able to have them reverse it. I thought this was just a simple mistake so I went back again this year. After my second appointment I received a paid receipt in the mail, I WAS CHARGED $100 MORE THAN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE. If you go to this dentist make sure you pay close attention to your bills, because they will happily overcharge you!

I have been a patient of Dr. Grabers for over 10 years and when I came to him my mouth was a mess but thanks to him I now have a beautiful smile again. I read other peoples reviews and they mentioned that his prices are expensive. I have found them to be on par with other area dentists but either way quality isnt cheap and he even guarantees most of the work he does. The staff and Dr. Graber are personable, attentive, courteous and kind. You wont find a better dentist!

All staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have been routinely impressed with how well I am treated. I am an individual that experiences high stress when it comes to the dentist and I feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Graber is also very consciousness and explains things very well. Plus you can catch your morning news since they have individual televisions at each station!

Dr. Graber told me that I have a cyst above my two front teeth and they both need to be pulled out and replaced with crowns. I decided to go for second and third opinion and both other doctors couldnt see a cyst anywhere in my gums. I am glad I went somewhere else. I recommend questioning his diagnosis and recommendations. Go for second opinions or change dentist.

Cant speak highly enough of Dr. Graber and the staff. My daughter had a severe injury to her mouth and while it was very hard to deal with it Dr. Graber gave us/her that reassurance we needed to help us get through it. He took her under his wing and went above and beyond! We are truly greatful and would recommend Dr. Graber to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Neal Graber recently filled an old cavity that I was dreading because I anticipated pain during and after. Neal explained every step, numbed the area, was very thorough. Surprisingly I didnt feel any pain during or after. Within two hours I was able to eat felt comfortable. very pleased with his professional staff, clean offices and gentle care.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Very disappointed in this group. Every time I turn around they are nickel and dime-ing me for another fee. Their prices are pretty steep, customer service is just mediocre, and they tried to pressure me into services that dont seem necessary. Im switching dentists.
