After total knee replacement and therapy for 6 weeks at a different company I had digressed in range of motion vs improved. I then moved my PT to Jacksons Clinic. What a difference! The are outstanding, professional and know the most recent therapy treatments. They dont hurt me like the other place but are making a huge difference in my ROM. I have made a vast improvement in just one week. Kristin Huffi the Director rocks and Johnathon and Taylor are awesome as well. This group is an awesome team! I feel so fortunate to have them working with me and have the ut out respect and confidence for this office. I would highly recommend Jacksons Clinic in Ashburn! I really appreciate the quality of care I received here. My recovery process took much slower than I expected, but the support of this team encouraged me to keep going and to keep focused on the goal(s). The ladies at the front desk were always super helpful and prompt in responding to any questions or concerns I had and made scheduling a breeze. FYI, the complimentary candy at the front is by far some of the BEST Ive tried and Im not typically a "candy person." Thanks Jackson Clinics for helping me finish strong!

Professional treatment - talented and experienced. Sophisticated, easy to use online enrollment including detailed questionnaire about injury resulting in a score. Trained therapists who ensure the treatment is effective. Large, nice, well lit modern interior with latest equipment. Complimentary changing room and lockers. Highly recommended.

The admin services of this clinic is not professional, they ask you to pay right at the office visit. I understand ultimately you pay your part , I would expect insurance to process the bill and then I would pay my part. The front desk is totally unprofessional staff. I would not recommend anyone going here

Both my wife and son used Jackson clinic for their PT needs. Starting with the reception to the therapists, the entire staff is friendly and helpful. Kathryn the PT my son had is excellent. She is caring, friendly and excellent at what she does. Overall a great experience and highly recommend them.

Be very careful when you sign the contract. They dont disclose all the billing details. I was told that the coverage is good after I pay my co-pay, but I was charged additional 430 dollars months after completing the service. It is a complete misinformation by the front desk in this location.

The entire staff is amazing. It was the right treatment plan of hands-on work plus on-site and at-home exercises which made such a difference in my shoulder/rotator cuff recovery. I am so grateful for their expertise and highly recommend this Jackson Clinics site!

Absolutely wonderful! Patricia has been FANTASTIC with my daughter. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Front desk has been super helpful with scheduling and helping me figure out all the insurance stuff. Highly recommend!
