In 2014 I made a life-changing decision that I am proud of today.For the previous 6 years, I had been Dr. Mostafa Aboulkhairs patient for all my dental healthcare needs. With Dr. Aboulkhairs clinical expertise and technical proficiency, as well as his extensive knowledge of all things dentistry,my teeth were in their best-ever condition. However, while my teeth were in good structural shape, I wasnt very happy with their appearance and I began to wonder if I should take things to the next level. There is, after all, nothing as wonderful as a beautiful smile! Although I had been discussing this with Dr. Aboulkhair for a while, I finally sat down with him for an extensive consultation and he advised me on the available options. He walked me through the different stages and described procedures and timelines in great detail. In addition, he showed me videos and photographs, which helped me immensely, both to educate myself as a patient and see what the potential results could look like in real life. We finally decided on a full mouth reconstruction and immediately started the preliminary preparations including implants and K7 computer technology for an optimal bite. Very soon I had amazing teeth, a brilliant and head-turning smile, and a new spirit of self-confidence!!!! I recommend Dr. Aboulkhair for his expertise and dedication to the best cosmetic dentistry available. At 3:00 am this morning I woke up to something rolling around in my mouth. I knew immediately that one of the veneers on my front teeth had come off. I was not surprised as I originally had them done 16 years ago, but still worried as to how I was going to get this fixed. The dentist who had put them on had since retired and my regular office is closed on Fridays. I was not in pain, but aesthetically it looked horrendous and I was worried I would have to endure looking like a meth addict for the rest of the weekend. I found Aesthetic Dentistry of Fairfax via a Google search and saw that they had an emergency number to call. It was 8:00 am and I only expected to leave a message in the hopes of a call back to try and schedule an appointment for the same day. Despite the office not opening until 9:00 am, someone answered the phone and I was able to get a walk-in appointment at 10:30 am. Dr. Mostafa Aboulkhair and his staff are probably the most friendly and professional dental staff Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was was seen immediately when I arrived and after a brief but thorough consultation Dr. Aboulkhair worked his magic. I couldnt be happier with the quality of work and personal attention he provided. I highly recommend Aesthetic Dentistry of Fairfax for both regular and cosmetic dentistry and after todays experience I will be making Dr. Mostafa Aboulkhair my new dentist.

I am highly recommending dr. aboulkhairs dental practice. I walked in for the first time and set up an appointment,and was in the chair in no time. All the equipment is top of line,both the dentists personal hygiene and work area where clean. I had two wisdom teeth removed one which required the soft tissue opening and the other requiring taking out some of the bone. The anesthesia was administered accurately and effeciently,with no pain. The doctor Had explained thoroughly what the teeth looked liked on the X-ray and told me exactly how he would go about removing both teeth. There is a big screen tv in front of you with the X-ray presented. The top wisdom tooth was completely inside the gum,he opened the soft tissue quickly and painlessly. This tooth was huge,he got it out in its entirety in no time. The bottom wisdom was even easier. Gave me a sheet of information on the follow up process along with antibiotics and and painkillers. Hes an extremely polite and joyful individual,very funny. Made sure to let me know to contact him if any issues occurred. Prices are affordable. Great experience,cant wait to follow up with Invisalign,he specializes in smile care :)

As a patient of Dr. Alboukhair for 3 months, he has been the best dentist I have ever experienced. To save you the painstaking time of searching for a dentist, I will have done the legwork. I called Dr. Alboukhair on a Saturday morning after another dentist brushed my major crown issue off for three weeks while he went on vacation and I needed an emergency trip to the dentist, with no options. Seeing the great reviews of Dr. Alboukhair, I went in within a few hours. With a swollen mouth and in a great deal of pain, I saw Dr. Alboukhair almost immediately after I explained my story. The rest was history. I am so pleased with his service, professionalism, attention to detail, dedication to dentistry, perfection and bedside manner. You can tell he lives his life for dentistry and vows to help all that he can. As a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (on the wall), he surely lives up to that level. Don’t do anymore searching for a dentist. I went through the agonizing part in my experience of moving to a new city. Go to Dr. Alboukhair and you will be so relieved to know he truly cares. I have recently had the privilege of having Dr. Mostafa Aboulkhair as my dentist at Advanced Dental Care of Fredericksburg. I have had the following procedures...root canal on molar (needed from a cracked tooth caused by another dentist over drilling it), crown over molar, front tooth extraction and implant. Dr. Aboulkhairs professionalism, skill set and attention to detail are second to none. He also takes the time to really get to know you (a real rarity these days), he explains each and every procedure in detail and presents you very fair and upfront pricing, has excellent "bedside manner" and makes you feel comfortable throughout each procedure. He confidently performed all of my above procedures with little to no discomfort, and with great results so far. Imagine...a front tooth extraction, a crown installed AND an implant placed in front within 2hrs. with NO PAIN or DISCOMFORT....AMAZING! I have found my dentist for life! I would Highly Recommend Dr. Aboulkhair to all my family and friends...! 5 Stars +

Absolutely Phenomenal! The office is state of the art, very clean and organized. The first to greet me was Sally. Very pleasant and welcoming never been greeted at an office the way she did. Every question I asked her regarding my treatment and billing she was able to explain in detail. Definitely knows her work by heart. I was next taken back and seated by Osama quite a gentleman. Im not a fan of x-rays but understanding its importance I went ahead and got them done. He was very quick and precise and made me feel at ease. I was impressed how quick and gentle he was. Once Dr. Mostafa Aboulkhair came in to see me. It was a done deal I fell in love with his office. Just like the rest of his staff I met so far he is also a gentleman. He took his time to explain everything to me and made me feel like I wasnt just another patient. I can sense he has a genuine passion for dentistry and that makes me feel comfortable trusting all my dental needs with him. I will definitely be going back!

Wonderful and caring Dentist. Dr. Mostafa Aboulkhair is a very honest doctor who actually listens to you and offers the best solutions to your dental needs. Very comfortable and welcoming office environment, at a great location in the city of Fairfax. I was able to make an appointment even on Saturdays, since I was very busy during the weekdays (I was so happy to see that he was able to accept patients on Saturdays). Dr. Mostafa is actually pretty smart and he is not afraid of trying new methods and techniques and thinks outside of the box. He was able to help my mom cure her jaw pain by treating her bite with some special electronic devise and we were amazed with the results (This method was not offered by our previous family dentist). Ever since he has become our family dentist and has been helping almost everyone in my family. I am very happy with his work and would recommend him to everyone.
