Please if you have children, do not take them here. We have taken our 6 year old daughter to Cole Family Dentistry since shes been 3 or 4. We went every 6 months to get check ups and cleanings. My daughter had a tooth that was chipped due to a cavity and Dr. Susan fixed it, or so we thought. The "filling" fell out a few months later so we went back to her to "fix" it again. Well it fell out again...so back to her we go. There was never any drilling of the cavity. She basically just covered it up. A few weeks ago, my daughter came to me and said there was a bump on her gum, right below the tooth that Dr. Susan "filled" 2 times. We went to a different dentist and they said she has an abscess tooth and needs to be extracted. I went to another dentist and they took xrays of her teeth. This is where we heard the news...she did have an abscess tooth. She has a tooth that is so badly decayed that if we wouldnt have had the xrays done, it wouldve needed to be extracted as well. But thankfully, they can save it with a crown. She has 6 cavities and she needs a space maintainer. The part that is so upsetting is we were just at Cole Family Dentistry in February, 3 months ago, and we were told everything looks perfect and she was entered into the "No cavity kids club." Im not a dentist but I highly doubt all of the happened in 3 months. I contacted Cole Family Dentistry and they offered to refund just our last visit to have the cavity fixed. I think thats pretty disgusting considering our $3k dental bill due to their negligence.

like the service, but;;;they deceived me when they said they participated in my insurance, blue shield, covered at 50%. they do not accept the allowed portion of insurance. the patient is responsible for the un allowed payment. which is considerable when having more than a cleaning or exam. my insurance covers these in full, but cole family dentistry wouldnt accept it as payment. check very carefully with your insurance. :{

My wife and I have always received incredible treatment from the entire staff, and we can not say enough about BOTH Dr. Coles, Jeff & Susan are without a doubt the best in the business. In our Opine they go way above and beyond to provide us with outstanding dental care.Still the same in 2016. Just had another visit.
