Wow, is this the most accurately named business Ive encountered. Elite is right! No amount of teeth-whitening product is worth the trouble that this too-elite-to-treat-patients-with-respect practice will put you through. Guess what, there are hundreds of other dentists in the area that can do a gentle, thorough cleaning, so save yourself the trouble of dealing with this practice. They are so Elite that the office manager sternly lectured me for being late and having to call and reschedule my son and my appointments. "I will reschedule you this time, but if you do this again we cannot accept you as a patient." Because thats just what a working mother with two small children needs, right? Wow, I sure learned my lesson and will from now on choose to get my teeth cleaned instead of tending to unexpected family emergencies! *RED FLAG!* Well stupid me, even after this condescending lecture and ultimatum from someone who is supposed to be in "customer service," I rescheduled our appointments anyway. The office was new, modern and clean and the dentist and the assistants were kind and gentle. So I decided not to write off the practice because of one encounter with a rude staff member. Well, fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on you even more and its time for us to move to another practice: Talk about Elite! Did you know that they are so elite that they dont feel the need to call and let you know your appointment has been canceled?! *RED FLAG!* My husband had a follow-up appointment scheduled at 9am one Saturday. He received a text message confirmation earlier that week. He spoke to the staff on the phone earlier that week too when they called to confirm the new time of my checkup appointment months later. So despite these two communications with their staff, he shows up for his appointment a mere 2 days later and the office is CLOSED. So he calls their other office in Leesburg only to have them tell him "Oh yeah, I think we tried to call you but couldnt get a hold of you." REALLY? If you had called then it would have showed up this new thing called "Caller ID." Or guess what, you could have left whats called a "voicemail!" Or wait, or maybe you could have told my husband earlier that week when you actually spoke to him on the phone! Then they continue to blame my husband for being unreachable saying "well maybe you should give us your cell phone number so we can reach you next time." Thats right, even though they had previously sent him a text message to his cell phone, its still somehow my husbands fault that that they did not have his cell phone number? How strange! Poor customer service. Dishonest. Disorganized. Avoid at all costs, unless you like to have your time wasted by people who are supposed to be serving you, the customer.

Rip Off ALert!!! Chaotic office. They are all about the Benjamins. I needed a fair amount of work done, when they gave me the quote I felt like I had landed on Boardwalk with a Hotel. I called other dentists outside area and they quoted me 40% less for the work. They kept trying to sign me up for a high interest dental credit card.

I took the day off because I had made an appointment with this group. They even called me the day before my appointment to confirm. When I show up, they had no record of me, and were too busy to see me.
