Dr Ki, Is the worst doctor in the history of VA. She is soooo over priced and extremely obsessed with money. Normal dentist offices call their patients every 6 months to a year in regards to cleaning and treatment plans. She would have the assistants harass the patients every single day of the week with constant phone calls, and then blame you for no new patients. Half the patients on the list wished to not be contacted again, taken off their list, or even saying they already switched dentist. She isnt professional at all because she speaks in her language right in front of you which is very rude. She would smile in front of you but then talk about you behind closed doors. I honesty feel very sorry for Christine because she has been used for years dealing with this lady. Dr. Ki has an issue with colored people it seems because how do you stereotype someones attitude and personality to," oh its common in most southern bells" racial profiling if you ask me. Her business is going down the drain, and whatever her personal problems at home she brings into the office. Why hire people when you cant afford to pay them, because your business is slow. Her makeup is a negative, doesnt look appealing to clients, scary!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DR TO ANYONE. She is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My dad had a tooth infection according to Dr. Ki. Now, the tooth infection wasnt hurting him, but it was just uncomfortable so he already felt like he was misdiagnosed. He said he doesnt want treatment because he didnt trust her and wanted a 2nd opinion. As he is trying to leave, she said "if you dont get this fixed, you are going to die!" She is very dramatic and as I am in the room, I am thinking regardless of if that is the case or not, you shouldnt be yelling at your patient like that. We went and got a 2nd opinion and he didnt need the treatment she was recommending. Needless to say, dad is fine, its been a year, and he is happy. I just wouldnt go back simply because of the way she was talking to my parents. Also, I cant seem to get off their email list and her office sends so many irrelevant emails!

Dr. Ki and staff are very professional, flexible, and informative. They have top of the line equipment, and they really try to work with you and your insurance to meet your individual needs. She has always been good about answering all of my questions- I tend to be very particular. She really cares about serving the patient and not just about your business. I enjoyed my experience at my first visit over a year ago, so much so, that I transferred from the dentist I was with my whole life. Ive even referred my mother, younger brother, and fiancé here. As long as I live in this area, she will be my go-to. I trust her to advise and keep me updated on the latest developments to meet my needs.

Dr. Ki is a great dentist! I have been going to her since I moved here. Her office is clean and modern, and her staff is friendly and efficient. I have NEVER had a wait time when I arrived there, and she always has a great assistant doing the x-rays. She comes in right afterward and does the cleaning herself, and then the assistant polishes/fluorides. I like that personal attention. I have had crown work, and she has also given me recommendations for other equipment (a special toothbrush, etc.) which I have followed, really improving my situation. I highly recommend Dr. Ki!

It was my first time at this dentist and I had a great experience. I never liked going to the dentist even if it was for a checkup. My teeth are pretty straight so I came for a cleaning and I assumed it would be a typical dentist appointment. However, Dr. Laura was really friendly and kind and so was nurse Joyce. I was taken by surprise that it wasnt dreadful. This dentist is a place I would not mind coming again which is a shock for someone who dislikes the dentist. Deserves 5 stars for changing my perspective of the dentist :)

Over 46 years, I have been to several dentists. In this regard, Dr. L. Ki is the best dentist. - This is the reason why I remain her patient for over 20 years. Dr. Ki is professional, gentle and patient. I appreciate the fact that her office calls to remind and follow up when I am due for cleaning. Her office is super clean (pristine) and her equipments are state of the art - high tech. Her staff are efficient and professionals.

Dr. Ki has been taking care of my teeth since 2005. The reason why I keep coming back is because her office is very clean, uses the latest technology, and she really does care about your health. She may come off as strong-minded sometimes, but thats only because she wants you to have the best results. I will continue to see her for my cleaning every 6 months, and she is now taking care of my sons teeth as well.

When you come to Dr Kis office you know right away that you are in good hands! From the receptionist to the dental hygienist, they make you feel welcome. Dr Ki is very friendly and very attentive, she will take the time to listen to your dental problem and would recommend solutions and alternatives to fit your budgets. Its easy to make an appointment. I highly recommend Dr Ki and her staff to everyone.

I came to Dr. Ki initially for a tooth ache, she was able to do my root canal the same. I was immediately out of pain. She is really good at explaining treatment to someone like me who doesnt know anything about teeth. She is not only my Dentist, but my whole family goes to her now. I recommend her to all my co-workers. Two thumbs up for her and her staff!!

I have been a regular patient of Dr.Ki for about five years. I have never received a better care than in her hands. Her staff is very friendly and makes me feel welcome every time. Saw Dr. Ki last week as a new patient. Dr. Ki and staff were very friendly! Dr. Ki was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. (which were many!) Jennifer was very kind and gentle with my cleaning and even instructed that I might be brushing too hard which was causing my sensitivity. Overall awesome experience! ;)

We visited Dr. Kis office several time regarding teeth work for my wife. We are satisfied with the result. The last time we visited Dr. Ki office with our 3.5 yr old daughter for routine evaluation/cleaning. The assistant, Christine, did the work like a game, with an amazingly great charm, our daughter liked it.
