I am 60 years old and have had plenty of dental work over the years... CROWN DENTAL is hands down the best dental experience I have EVER had. I liked the staff in my previous dental office very much and was loyal there, but my insurance changed and they did not accept the new policy I was assigned at work. My daughter recommended CROWN DENTAL because she had such a great experience there and it was just in time! I just had 6 root canals... yes SIX...the result of a car accident trauma. The office has state of the art technology that affords a level of comfort I have never experienced before. The staff is 100% friendly, caring and professional...ALL of them! The vibe in the office is SUPER POSITIVE and reassuring and client-focused at all times. Even discussing my insurance and getting clear information about cost and coverage was open and easy. AND the extras for comfort in the dental chair are amazing...TV, tinted goggles for eye protection, a blanket, even warm, disposable wash towels to clean my face when finished!! All this in a beautiful new, modern and well-appointed office. AND I could see my teeth in real-time x-ray on a screen to discuss the treatment plans! Complete transparency in the process that valued me as the consumer of the service...explained in a way that I could fully understand...and with options! I am looking forward to continuing my treatment plan with Dr. Nguyen and the staff.. WHAT??? Looking forward?? To the dentist??? Well yes...my teeth are extremely important to my overall health and they are in great hands at CROWN DENTAL!!! The dentist here used to worked at TLC in Germantown and I followed him to his new office. The front desk personnel are very nice and the facility is clean and state Of the art. They take your BP and pulse prior to doing work. There are TVs in the back on the wall and above your head. They are all professional and polite. I have only done two cleanings there but they went very well and after you are done they give you a hot towel to wipe your face and hands (thats such a perk). There is free water and occasionally drinks and treats in the waiting area. After the cleaning the doctor comes in to inspect and talk about a treatment plan if needed. So far he has not pushed any thing on me, just recommends and gives me options. My only minor feedback would be the wait to see the doctor after the assistants are done. It can exceed 15 minutes and did for me. I assume its because he is the only dentist there and giving the one on one attention to each person. If you need to hurry it can get too long to wait, but I guess he is doing the best he can do. Hopefully he stays focused on quality care and doesnt let money begin to drive him and start overbooking.

Very impressed with this office. I originally called and scheduled to have a cleaning with their new patient special, I missed my appointment and was basically a no call no show. They called me a week or so later to let me know that an opening had became available that day if I was still interested, it was perfect timing so I took it! The staff is all VERY friendly. The dental assistant made me feel very comfortable and was very accommodating. The doctor took his time to thoroughly go through and make sure I understood everything that was happening and going on. He gave me great advice and easy tips and ways to get my oral hygiene in better shape. I decided to go braces with them and they were extremely helpful and flexible in offering me a payment plan that fit well with my finances. Angel even stayed about a 1/2 hour later than business hours to help me set all of this up! My whole family is now coming here. Very pleased to have found a great office to stick around with!

I was looking for a different dentist and I came upon a Crown Dental mailer that I had received and decided to give them a shot. From the time that I walked into the office until the moment I walked out with my little goodie bag of tooth brush, floss, and paste it was the best dental visit I had ever had. I felt like each person from the receptionist, to assistants, dental hygienist, and of course the doctor were there to take care of my dental needs and were not rushed to just get another patient through. Each one took time to explain anything I wanted more information on and made sure that I was comfortable with what was going on. Also, the most technologically advanced dentist I have ever been too. For once I actually look forward to going back to Crown Dental to get the rest of my dental work done.

Like Ive been a patient for years. Very comfortable. Personnel was "really gd to see you" attitude & never fgot ur name! I loved u werent-Hon,Maam,Miss or any other cutie name. Worked w/my fears and anxieties even my lil babyisums..that hurt,oooh dont touch that, etc. Made sure I was comfortable, as they were patient w/me. Awesome laid out office (I decor.) yep w/coffees, btl waters and WiFi. The Personnel, again was/are very professional and on top of their game in there. Doc is Awesome AND LISTENS!! Really..he listens not just hear ya, very Knowledgeable & Smart ...Funny, ME recommending Any Dental place, cuz Ive had terrible Fears of Dentist. As u know ur First exper. shapes further exper. Mine was Horrible, thus the reason Im there Now..Dentures. such is Life

I felt welcome the moment I stepped foot into Crown Dental. Reception was easy and I was offered refreshments. I was seen by the hygienist promptly for my scheduled appointment. The office was very clean and organized. The hygienist was knowledgeable, kind, fast yet gentle, and caring enough to check on how I was doing every so often. The dentist was very ftiendly, thorough, and professional. No one was pushing any agenda to buy a certain toothbrush or toothpaste or cosmetic procedure. All my questions were answered and everyone was patient and personable. I havent enjoyed going to the dentist since my last appointment with my pediatric dentist when I was 5.

Our family first visited Crown Dental to our young son to his first dentist visit. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and felt very comfortable. The front office, the dental assistants, and Dr. T took such great care of my son! He loved the experience and even got a special treat when he left! As a parent, I was so pleased with the care everyone provided him. I myself also visited Crown Dental since for my own dental care and, as expected, my experience and care was superb! I would recommend Crown Dental to anyone needing dental care, for yourself and your family!

At age (almost) 69 years, I finally made a dental appointment. Id received a large postcard advertising a Crown Dental office within minutes of my home. Ive dreaded dental visits since I was a teenager so I was terribly nervous. Ive NEVER been to a medical (both doctors & dentists) office where they went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Nguyen has an incredible "chair-side" manner. He explained everything that needed to be done and answered every question I had. My assistant was Brooke and I just loved her! I may not be afraid of the dentist anymore!
