I have been with Dr. Hazelgrove since 2010. Everyone in his practice is caring and professional, the equipment and software they use is modern. Dr. Hazelgrove came up with a treatment plan and he was considerate of the expense side of it as well. He never push me to get work done asap or spend lots of money on low priority work. So over the years, he fixed my teeth working from high to low priority teeth, that helped me to save two teeth instead of getting implants. He always upfront about the work he is doing on my teeth, answers questions fully and explains the reason for procedures he suggests. I referred a couple of folks to his practice and everyones been good about it. I am sorry for Megans experience, and no doctor is perfect, but I know Kirk does all what he can to offer good service. No doctor has 100% control of our health or condition of our teeth as many problems are genetically inherited or result from our not so healthy life choices. Doctors help us to stay healthy, yet they are not in charge of our health, we are. So I hope you will check out his practice if you look for a great dentist in Richmond.

Terrible fraud! I have previously had two root canals and at least ten fillings done, went and received two second opinions before getting anymore work done by him and both said that the work he suggested was completely necessary. My first root canal was not filled all the way to the roots which then caused an infection, therefore having to get the tooth extracted and an implant placed. Made me waste tons of money that was not needed! The clientele is horrible! RUN FAST!
