I had a great first impression the moment I walked into this office. Very friendly staff and an extremely gentle and professional dentist who took the time to patiently explain everything she was doing very clearly, and offered advices for any recommended procedures, without making me feel I was ever pressured to make a decision. Dr. Kokel is now the dentist I see regularly because I always feel like she looks at you as a PERSON, not just as a PATIENT/CLIENT, and that personal touch that makes her go above and beyond to help you is something I personally appreciate a lot.

This office is close to my house which is nice. Dr Kokel is kind of like a family friend because we spend so much time there. The office is always clean and the people are really very sweet. Its a dentist office but you kind of feel at home. Ive got most of my neighborhood going there and no one tells me they regret it. 5-stars all day! We have insurance with Loudoun County and theyve accepted my plan for a LONG time. They recently extended their hours (7am-7pm I think) and I didnt have to be sent somewhere else for my root canal. Seriously, just 5-stars all day!

Over the many years that I have been been a patient of Dr. Kokel and her ace-staff, I have received knowledgeable guidance regarding the care of my teeth. When special procedures are required, a thorough explanation of the procedure is provided and why it is necessary. I travel 60 miles one way from my home to Dr. Kokels office and consider every mile worthwhile to receive ethical and professional dental care.

Doctor Kokel my dentist going on over fifteen years has kept my mouth healthy and free of decay filling in cavities as they form. I rest comfortably in the fact that I willl never have to wear dentures and that I can keep my teeth till I am very old. No doubt, Dr Kokel is the best dentist I have ever been to. Her office staff is friendly and helpful. They use sophisticated technology. It so happens that she is not in my insurance companys network, so I have to pay a bit extra for out-of-network services. So, thats how much I like them. Dr Deidra Kokel and team were fabulous and patient with my teenage daughter when she got her wisdom teeth removed (all 4). The office itself has a great vibe and I felt like my daughter was very well taken care of. The staff were all very friendly and easy to communicate with. Normally I hate going to the dentist because of the experience of waiting, but Dr.Kokel and her assistance are fast at what they do! It was a wondeful experience to have, wonderful service and wasnt a second that I was left in the dark. I also loved how Yana took the time to talk to me and get to know me which was a great welcoming feeling!
