Since Dr. Chung has taken over this practice, the service has been poor and unacceptable. The staff here used to be friendly and warm and unfortunately, my last experience with the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was awkward and very uncomfortable. In addition, during that visit, I was told I needed a root canal but it wasnt clear which tooth was the problem, so "lets just pick one and well start there". Not OK. I also needed to move an appointment, which I attempted to do 2 days in advance, but the office was closed when I found a minute in my day to call due to odd office hours. I then received a lengthy explanation (scolding?) of all the other options I could have used, however it all would have needed to have been done last week (when I didnt know I would have to move the appt.) to accommodate other patients who would want that time slot. I get that argument, but I have been a patient of this practice from long before Dr. Chung bought it, and I had never been treated this way. I tried to give it a chance, but Im done.

I felt like the new dentist wasnt trying to milk business off of me, was honest, telling me what could wait, and what should be done sooner than later--but it was still my choice. I hate that feeling when you dont have a choice at the dentist office, that the recommended treatment isnt optional and objective. Also, his staff took care of my toddler and kindergartener the whole time--including when the toddler screamed for 20 minutes. I am not sure any other patron would appreciate this, but so few dental places are this kinda and accommodating to parents. I doubt this is a usual thing going on, I haventn seen any other kids there, but still, I have to commend them for this.

Finding a good dentist is a very challenging task. I recently visited Dr. Chung and found him to be an extremely competent dentist. He has both the knowledge and the technology which resulted in a very positive experience. He spend a generous amount of time with me and explained the procedures he would be using, and provided me with a detailed explanation of the cost. The office is bright and professional looking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Chung to anyone in need of any and all dental services. Ken T.

Best Dentist I have ever had. If you are looking for a dentist who knowledgeable and understanding, Doctor Chung is the perfect dentist for you. His staff are very welcoming and friendly. I felt ease and all of my fear and nervousness were disappeared as I met their team. The office is impressive with high-tech dental equipment and experience. His team is the only people who is allowed to work on my mouth. I really appreciate their great service. His office and team are top rate. Simply the best! Thank you!

I have been to several dentists in my life time and I can truly say that Dr. Taylor Kokabi is the best dentist Ive ever had. Her office is modern with all the latest technology. Dr. Kokabi is extremely gentle and very detailed in her dentistry. She truly cares about her patients. I have never had a dentist spend as much chair time with me as she does. I have told all my friends and family members to see her. Like I said, She is the BEST dentist ever.

He seems to have passion for helping others who are in needs. I went to see Dr Chung expecting the worst but this turned out to be the best dental visit Ive had in more than 50 years. A badly broken molar was the reason for my visit and it looked so bad that I thought it was beyond repair. To my surprise, Dr Chung said, I can save that tooth. And I walked out of the office with a brand new composite tooth--all in one visit. Needless to say, he has earned my highest recommendation!

Dr. Chung is amazing! He is very honest and genuine.This was the first time I felt like the dentist just didnt want the "money", you could see he really loves his job and he cares for his patients. Also, for the ones without dental insurance, they have a great "in office" insurance program at affordable price. Also their office staff are extremely hospitable! Great team! Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Dr. Chung. I have been seeing Dr. Chung for a couple months and have always felt he was an excellent dentist. Most importantly, he is trustworthy. He couldnt have been more accommodating and hes got a great bedside manner. Best dentist I have been to in my life, and he really seems to love his work. Best dentist office in Leesburg! I finally found the right dentist for me! I needed a wisdom tooth removed and Dr. Chung and his office have always been so kind to me. Dr. Chung was very caring! The ladies in the front were always smiling and the assistants to the dentists are so good. They are amazing! I highly recommend Lansdowne Dental Office.

Great first time experience. The staff was friendly and upbeat at 8am and the doctor was very knowledgeable and seemed to really care about the health of my teeth. Having familiar music play while getting my cleaning done really helped to calm my nerves.
