My children saw Dr. Brandon Allen, the only pediatric dentist available to my young children through my private insurance plan. The experience was awful and resulted in my 5 year old son now being terrified of the dentist after his assistants were rough and rude to him while trying to get x-rays. The staff did not perform any cleaning on my childrens teeth other than using a plain toothbrush with fluoride and brushing for "1 minute." No deep cleaning of any kind was done. This dental office was also overcrowded with several children all in one large room with dental chairs. Lastly, a woman was cleaning the entire time the children were back in the large room with a strong smelling bleach chemical that did not need to be sprayed right near all of the children. Do not take your children here.

I took my daughter for an annual check up and shes usually something else when it comes down to visiting the dentist; however, I was surprised Dr. Allen could calm her down to the point where she wasnt scared any more and let him check her. Not to mention there was an intern from Howard University College of Dentistry who was extremely professional and did a remarkable job with her cleaning.

By far the best practice that Ive ever visited in Richmond, VA. Dr. Adams and Dr. Allen performed a thorough inspection when I took my son for his check up. The doctor/ patient interaction was phenomenal. On another note the ambience was amazing, I love the old school music that was played. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

I would give this one star if I could. For 1 one you go back there its full with children,im a child my self (14). My god. Going there is like being packed in a caged, and the sad part is that thers only 2 dentist there Take it from me a teenager DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE

My kids went to Dr. Adams now their kids go there. He is so patient with the little ones even if they are terrified. Thanks Dr. Adams. I recommend him to anyone with kids.
