I have been a patient of affordable implants for several months, first for my top denture and now most recently dental implants. Before my most recent visit I read a review from another patient and asked Dr.Shah about that complaint and they informed me that after doing her dental work she complained, so Dr Shah re-made her dental appliance. After yet another complaint she was refunded her money. If thats not great customer service I dont know what is. I wanted to comment on that because a bad review can really hurt someones business and after 4+ appointments at this office I have been treated extremely nicely and all dental procedures Ive had have been minimally painful. I would recommend this office to anyone needing dentures or implants that are actually affordable compared to other offices Ive received quotes from. In closing I would also like to say how wonderful the staff also is including Rhonda who has taken care of me the most. She is very personable and will explain everything until you understand and are comfortable with whats going to happen. Thank you Dr. Shah and Staff Lesley F.

When to their establishment having had several problems with my personal dentist. From day one were very helpful answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable. Advised me and gave me suggestions accordingly. I was a bit skeptical after looking at their reviews. But everyone has a story and I must say that my story was genuine and the workers were great. Nothing but happy with my full upper denture and lower partial and the pricing was about to quarter of what I would have paid with my dentist. Thank you for helping me get my smile and confidence back. Truly great and professional establishment and I highly recommend. They will truly work with you do not believe other ignorant review that was left after reading it myself also inquired about it and I was told about the great customer service that was offered to the young lady and even the refund that was also given. Which I must say is above and beyond what most of the companies would have offered in this case.

Had an appointment, but felt like an assembly line, not one person who saw me, washed their hands. I never saw anyone wearing gloves, or masks. No PPEs. The rooms felt and looked like, they havent been clean in weeks. When. I asked "If Im paying cash, then why do you need all of my legal documents??" Was given some excuse about my face for the account. Which was crap. Dentist walked in, never introduced herself, never explained any procedures, only looked at my xrays and tried to sell me the most expensive products she had. Staff wearing long acrylic nails. Hair down in their faces, some looking like they havent bathed in days. Piles of stuff everywhere. Obvious this "clinic" caters to the Medicare group of people. Who are elder and cant or are too exhausted to protect themselves. Affordable ?? By the time I left, I was handed a qoute of 3500.00. And that was the cheap package. Do yourself a favor.. R u n.

This place is the worse. They say that people with appointments get precedence. I guess that means you only have to wait at least an hour before you are seen. It definitely isnt for people who work. I started with a partial to see how their service was, but the poor white trash tech named Rhonda definitely made me decide to go elsewhere for my implants. She is uneducated, rude, and must be under the impression that repeat business is not a catapult in the service industry. The dentist and receptiont are nice but not worth my repeat business.

I made an appointment for my husband two weeks in advance for a Tuesday to be seen by the dentist. Drove 71 miles one way and my husband took the day off of work costing our family a days pay to go. Got there and the dentist was not there. The office staff claim the appointment was for the next day. The dentist refused to call me or speak to me about the mistake on the STAFF part. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other locations. Very unprofessional!

I would like to say that Affordable Dentures has changed my life completely. I walked in not liking my self and apparents.The whole time I was there I was told I was beautiful and could acomplish anything. They are sweet patient and kind. The whole team treats you like family. Now Im the happiest Ive been in a long time.. I cant thank you enough for what you have done for me. I love you all so much.

The staff is wonderful and empathetic at this location. They work really hard to manage the heavy flow of patients.The dentist is rude, uncaring and is only interested in the money. She is rough when working in your mouth and walks away when you dont agree with her or have additional questions. She needs to take a course in common curtesy!!!!!

I must say I am so happy with my decision to go to Affordable Dentures, my experience was wonderful. The staff was great and the dentist was very skilled. More importantly the prices were great, thankful for my new smile.

Had all my teeth pulled last year and they have adjuzted and religned my temporary dentures 4X already as my gums heal and shrink. I call them and get appointment right away. Even the temporary dentures and vum color look so natural. Professional well trained staff makes me feel very comfortable.

I am throughly disappointed with the staff treating my mother like a part of a cattle drive, they kept screaming at her, the doctor never introduced herself and manhandled my mother. If I could give it less than 1 star I could. I would never recommend this place to anyone

They were fast and efficient. I knew going in they werent going to be very compassionate but to get rid of a problem tooth for the price they charge i was ok with that! The dentist certainly knew what she was doing and it didnt take very long at all.

Spent alot of money on dentures that dont fit and they are not willing to fix them. Recommended to come back and pay more money to have them fixed

They always keep you waiting at least a half hour past your appointment time and anytime you ask you get the sense answer "shortly"
