I had not visited this office in a long time and I currently live in Lynchburg. I had a dental emergency, so I called around and saw a dentist in Lynchburg who referred me to another office, who told me I would need to wait a month. I talked to Tammy in the office and she had me in the next day at 8 am. What I expected to be a pianful and upleasant visit was over come by the skill of Dr. Harrison and his team. They made sure I was extra comfortable and more than exceeded my expectations! In addition the entire visit was just around an hour. I will be commuting from Lynchburg to this office for all my future dental needs!

I set an appointment and waited in lobby for 30 min before i walked out on my first appointment. They were having a staff meeting which included the receptionist! The administrative staff are horrible, they miss payments and charge you $25 when you cancel appointments (because they forget that you called and canceled). I would not recommend them to anyone! Waiting for the practice to tank hopefully.

Ive been going here for a long time now (over 10 years), and Ive always been treated well and have received good dental care. My wait time in the office is very reasonable (typically 10 minutes), and insurance billing, etc., has been handled well.

Very disappointed in this office. Front desk staff has been extremely rude in the past. Would not recommend.
