Dr. John Ratcliffe is awesome. I previously had a rather terrible experience when I found myself at a chiropractor 12 years ago and was admittedly not excited about the fact that I had to go out and find one recently. However, upon going I was pleasantly surprised by the staffs friendliness and Dr. Ratcliffe made me feel comfortable. I like his holistic approach to giving practical exercises and ways of treating at home beyond just adjustments and therapies in the office. Another aspect that I really appreciate is that there isnt a time when Im just sitting around waiting, the staff works hand in hand with Dr. Ratcliffe to make sure they are seeing their patients efficiently. Lastly, they have a much more open schedule than most chiropractors which makes going on a regular basis easier to manage. I highly recommend anyone whos in search of a good chiropractor to go see Dr. Ratcliffe.

I have been shadowing Dr. Ratcliffe this summer of 2015. It is such an amazing experience watching him work with his patients and an incredible learning experience. Not only is he a friendly character thats easy to get along with, but everyday Im there his patients are telling me about how well he takes care of them. My mom has been going to Dr. Ratcliffe to help alleviate her pain she has. Every time she goes to his office I can see a much better improvement in the way she moves around the house and a lot less complaints about her pain. I had major back problems and just had neck surgery Dr J listen to what I had to say and had the upmost care during my Rehabilitation. Dr J did everything he could to help relieved the symptoms I was having from my back pain without creating more pain like most doctors do. Dr J worked well with me and my insurance company to make the finances painless. Dr. J and I had to develop a great relationship during my visits. The staff was friendly and courteous to always make sure youre comfortable I would recommend him to anybody you can always stop in and say hello they be willing to explain to you what your problems are and what the cures can be.
