I would have NEVER believed that an experience in the dental chair could be as wonderful as mine was in the office of Dr. Roxzanne Amos. I have ALWAYS hated to go to a dentist! My sister I have talked about our childhood visits to the dentist and we feel those visits are why we have always dreaded and put off going to a dentist as adults. A few weeks ago, I was forced to see a dentist. With a friends referral, I reluctantly made an appointment with Dr. Amos. From the time I walked through the front door, my experience with the receptionist, the Dental Hygienist, the Dental Assistant, and the Doctor was not what I had expected! Everyone was so friendly and truly made me feel welcome and made me feel like they really wanted to help me with my dental problems. My opinion of dentistry has drastically changed since I have been going to Dr. Amos office. The exam that I received by Dr. Amos was unbelievably thorough. She was very gentle and explained everything she was going to do. Throughout my entire visit, she was constantly concerned about my level of comfort and continued to put me at ease with everything she did. I was somewhat concerned about receiving the shots to make me numb, but I NEVER felt a thing! She offered me gas to relax me if I wanted it. I did not need the gas and actually felt myself so relaxed that I was falling asleep! If you had asked me a month ago if I could EVER fall asleep in a dental chair, I would have bet anything that the answer was NO! How wrong I was! Dr. Amos and her staff are all very professional, skilled, personable, friendly, and caring. I have recommended her office to many people since my experience and I will continue to do so. I am not dreading my dental appointments any longer!

Well where should I start on this great journey to my Teeth lol....Getting anything in life done right you need great chemistry , awareness, empathy and professionalism. This Dentists office is just that.. Dr.Amos and her wonderful staff are very patient, caring, detailed in their approach to giving you that 5star smile with substance and with the upmost best appearance. They take their time and customize their Plan just for you. Its not a Veg brush thats generic, its a detailed pen that has your unique signature behind it. Im that type of person who calls it as I see it, straight talk...Even though I probably overwhelmed them with my compacity of social skills ( talking a lot ), I was just excited with the personal customer service I was receiving! I mean why not and get excited, your just not going to the Dentists office, your going to Dentists office who has Won and Oscar for the great roles this Team plays in our Teeth"s lives!

Bright Life Dentistry is a fantastic place to get personalized, expert care for your teeth! Dr. Amos is thorough, spotting a crack in one of my molars at a regular checkup. At the time I didnt feel a thing, and I dangerously put off the crown. After gentle reminders and finally understanding that if I waited too long Id be facing a costly root canal and implant I said yes to the crown. She accommodated my busy schedule, put a great gold crown on my molar and adjusted my bite. Now my my teeth feel great and Im confident that I wont wake up to any painful and expensive surprises. Full disclosure - Yes, Dr. Amos is my wife, so youd expect a great review. However, Ive always avoided dental procedures whenever possible since painful braces and wisdom teeth removals decades ago. She provides superior care in a relaxed, non-judgmental manner humbly serving her patients. Bright Life Dentistry is a hidden gem in Virginia Beach!

I am so impressed with Bright Life Dentistry, Dr. Amos, and her staff. My first visit was by far the best experience Ive ever had at a dental office. I didnt have to wait to be seen and I didnt feel like I was being rushed. The entire staff was helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. I had a one-on-one with Dr. Amos so that she could get to know me and my dental goals and it made the visit personalized and special. When she started her exam she talked through everything she was doing and about any worries she had in plain language, making sure I understood everything. Even getting x-rays done, which usually have my eyes watering from the pieces jabbing me in the wrong places, was fast and painless. Im actually excited about my upcoming cleaning - I know that Ill be in good hands and that any issues will be addressed. I highly recommend Dr. Amos and her team.

Bright Life Dentistry is the place to be!! In the past I always felt like the doctor was strictly business and wanted me in and out. Didnt explain too much. Meeting Dr. Amos and her staff was a whole new experience for me. They explained everything they were going to do. And gave me breaks if I needed them. Dr. Amos takes time to get to know you and really listen to your concerns. I had a flawless filling done and I was relaxed the entire time. I will go back if I need anything else done. Not to mention the office is so cozy and relaxing, unlike many dental offices. I will and would recommend this office to friends and family. No other office will give you this special treatment. I absolutely love it here.

Dr. Roxzanne Amos has been my dentist since 2009 and has given me a smile that I am finally proud of. (She has the pictures to prove it). She has such a gentle touch. She is very compassionate and is so understanding. She takes time to explain the procedure in detail and makes sure that I completely understand. With every procedure she will call me that night to see if I am okay. I have never had a dentist that cares for her patients like she does and treats me with such respect. I HIGHLY recommend her. I have had MAJOR procedures over the years and have never doubted her work. She can be reached night and day for dental emergencies. Please give her a try, I promise you will not regret it!!!

They are absolutely wonderful practice all around. From their amazing office manager Lindsay who Ive personally nicknamed "lifesaver Lindsay", Dental Assistant Nikki, Hygienist Karen, and Doctor Amos herself! During my visits I always felt valued and well taken care of. In my opinion they truly went above and beyond basic practice requirements to help me with my issues no matter how minor it might of been to them they understood the impact it had for myself. From their positive and inviting attitudes all the way through their extreme professionalism I wouldnt suggest any other dentistry. They have a new client for life!

I am extremely pleased with both the routine and the corrective care I have received during the last three and a half years as her patient. The professional and personal attention I have received from her and her staff at each visit has been wonderful. Her exceptional professional skills, chair-side manner and pleasant demeanor were superbly demonstrated as she filled a nearly inaccessable cavity on the rear face of a wisdom tooth.
